> 3 dayFácil instalación (tienes que ser extremadamente cuidadoso) se instaló con un procesador y motherboard nuevo, ayudó bastante en las temperaturas

> 3 dayLuckily I stumbled upon a video from Gamers Nexus highlighting these. Bought one because why not. Easy to install and it feels like my cooler is more secure than ever. I am running a z790 board with an Intel 13700k. My temps havent even needed to kick the fans on full blast yet.

> 3 dayI was a little nervous about installing this at first, but it was surprisingly easy. I placed it on my 17-13700K CPU and I noticed my temps went from Mid 40s to high 30s while in windows, and when running Cinebench I went from low 90s to mid to low 80s. Overall highly recommend if youre comfortable with taking apart your computer. Takes less than 10 minutes.

Greater than one weekOverall, Good frame, unfortunately I took off my old thermal grizzly (TG) paste and I went from an idle of 35⁰ to 42⁰ on a 13700k. So I reseated the cooler, same story. Finally I went to my microcenter and in a last ditch effort got more TG. After applying it, my cpu dropped to a cool 30⁰ this frame cost a fraction of TGs and gave me a 5⁰ drop and under load got my cpu to stop thermal throttling (on a liquid cooled system mind you)

> 3 dayLook I realize Thermal Grizzly basically thought of these as a solution for the 1700 socket bend but they’re super expensive and hard to find in the States. And yes, there are even some builders that believe these contact frames are just a trend and are nothing more than a security blanket for a nonissue. And in same cases that’s absolutely true. Some CPUs IHS are perfectly fine with the socket bend I had 4 that were completely fine with or without the contact frame. But after 15 builds with extreme socket bend making for poor contact with heatsinks I can say this helps more often than not. This contact frame has lowered temps by upwards of 8C on my builds and yes I tested each one. So yes, in my professional opinion Intel created a problem, never addressed it and these are the best solution, especially for anything Core i7 and up. The fact that Thermal Right created these at such a reasonable price and are indeed just as effective as Thermal Grizzly’s (check Gamers Nexus) seems too good to be true, but as I’ve said I’ve used these on 15 builds and they’re worth every penny.

> 3 dayCombined this plate with a very slight undervolt on my 13700k and now its maxes out around 85C as opposed to thermal throttling before. 100% these plates are essential for keeping new Intel cpu temps under control.

Greater than one week13900k/Liquid Freezer II 360/Z790 Aorus Master - no improvement in temps unfortunately. Well built and easy to install however.

Greater than one weekI tried this modification because I didnt like how much torque was being applied to my CPU when using the stock fastener. I am not sure if it was actually bending the chip but it was under too much pressure in my opinion. Temps improved slightly. Easy to remove original and install and looks cleaner than original silver clamp. Comes with tool to remove and reinstall screws.
