> 3 dayThis thermometer seemed accurate, but it is difficult to read. It would be helpful if the screen was backlit. Also, the button is stiff and can be difficult to push down.

> 3 dayFor the price its hard to find flaw in this. the temperature is accurate to as close as I can tell with a very hard to read mercury thermometer which is probably 30 years old or better, and trying to be rid of mercury products was the primary reason I decided to get this one. Its obviously a lot bulkier than the old style mercury thermometer. because of the LCD readout and battery compartment but it is still very light. The flexible tip seems alright but wasnt a selling point to me since Ive been used to a glass one for so long, but it does feel more comfortable since it is not so rigid. PROS: + Light weight in the mouth. + reading is faster than mercury thermometer. + comes with a protective case. CONS: - the button feels very mushy. it doesnt click, and it feels like you have to press it very deeply into the device for it to register. If you have large fingers or thumbs, the button is small enough and set flush enough that you may find it difficult to push the button in all the way to power it on/off

> 3 dayAlthough this thermometer seems to be accurate, it has no beeper alarm, and is difficult to turn on and off because the button is hard to push. I bought this thermometer months ago, but am using it for the first time with a fever lasting for many days. The thermometer keeps switching to Celsius, and I no longer have the directions to tell me how to switch it back to Fahrenheit, so Im very aggravated with it. Plan to purchase a different thermometer.

> 3 dayEasy to read, clear instructions for anyone needing them. The end part that goes under the tongue is a flexible plastic- so that’s different from regular digital thermometers. It arrived overnight and we needed it. It comes in its own clear, hard plastic case. it has both Celsius and Fahrenheit functions and beeps to let you know when to read results. It also shows the last temp taken. Very good price. Thanks.

> 3 dayI purchased a couple of them to have on hand. I put them both in the same cup of water and tempted them. Both came back with the same reading. I like how it has a soft tip so you can bite it lightly and not hurt your teeth like some of the other ones.

> 3 dayI prefer just a classic thermometer like this. It does the job.

> 3 dayThis was a replacement for my old thermometer. Quite nice but I would prefer an all plastic casing. I dont like the rubbery mouth piece. Makes me feel it isnt as easy to keep sterile than my previous thermometer.

> 3 dayI read some of the negative comments; and empathize because sometimes I got a faulty product. But Ive used this thing several times now, and even once as I went to my doctors office and it was right on point. The thing I like best is that its only a 10 second wait, (I always wait 15 to be sure). I have tinnitus and cant usually hear those high pitched beeps on a lot of these things, but with this thing, its a snap, and I always got a good reading. I like it, and I would recommend it.
