Its a thermometer, easy to use, does what its supposed to, come with a case. Good value.

Whats important is that a thermometer be consistent. If the reading rises, you want to know its you, and not the thermometer giving variable results. I have a high quality, well-tested thermometer but when my wife went into isolation for Covid she took it with her. We had Amazon overnight this one to us, and I had her spend a day comparing the two. This one consistently read half a degree higher than the other one, but who knows which one is right? Half a degree is not important. What matters is that when the reading on one went up, the reading on the other also went up the same amount. Bottom line: this thermometer was as reliable for tracking changes in body temperature as the more expensive fancy one. If one reads 98.4 and the other reads 98.8, which ones accurate? Who knows? Who cares? What you want to know is if it went up, or down, and by how much.

This was the perfect alternative for someone who always struggles with forehead scanning thermometers. The clear digital readout also makes it easier to read than the old fashion mercury thermometers of my youth.

10 seconds feels like an eternity after being used to 1 second(I dont like - find they read inconsistently) and 3 second(my preferred) digital thermometers. Seems to be easy to use, consistent in its results and was inexpensive. One curious thing I discovered is my older father, who has some high frequency hearing loss but still hears well enough that he doesnt need hearing aids to understand or function, cannot hear any of the beeps this thermometer makes. It has a single beep when turning on, and off both. Plus a Measurement Done multi-tone chime when its finished giving a reading. Its more beeping than seems necessary, but at least its a a moderate volume. Probably still loud enough to potentially wake someone else sleeping in the same room. For reference in a quiet house I can hear it down a 15 hallway from another room. But in the same room, the beeps are mostly hidden by a reasonable listening volume TV. It does beeping slightly less, and at a lesser volume than the Vicks thermometer I tend to use - which beeps every time you press any button.

This thermometer does what it says. The features are reliable and it’s easy to use. My only issue is that the beep when the process is done (for normal temperature) is so soft that if there’s background noise it can be inaudible.

It does the job it tells you the temperature accurately.

Easy to read, clear instructions for anyone needing them. The end part that goes under the tongue is a flexible plastic- so that’s different from regular digital thermometers. It arrived overnight and we needed it. It comes in its own clear, hard plastic case. it has both Celsius and Fahrenheit functions and beeps to let you know when to read results. It also shows the last temp taken. Very good price. Thanks.

This was a replacement for my old thermometer. Quite nice but I would prefer an all plastic casing. I dont like the rubbery mouth piece. Makes me feel it isnt as easy to keep sterile than my previous thermometer.

Good little thermometer for if youre sick at a decent price

Arrived same day, as described. Seems easy enough to use. The “LO” confused me (perhaps in my fever stupor) as the stage before actually taking one’s temperature. Instructions are in a very tiny font and in a grey rather than black ink, so a bit hard to read. Seems to work well.
