The dome design is very nice and would give nice coverage from the rain. It is easy to operate with a simple manual push / pull to open and close. No latches or switches that can hurt your finger. Perfect for a child. I like that the umbrella is clear so you have a good view around you while walking. However, the material seems flimsy. My son has been begging me for his own umbrella. He absolutely loves this and can open and close the umbrella by himself. Great size for him (he’s 3) and definitely will fit him for a while.

My daughter was so excited to get this. Its easy to open and close. The transparent material makes it fun to see the rain through it, and the dotted design is adorable.

this Open and closes easily without wanting to close on its own which is nice. the catch used for opening and closing has a plastic cover to hold so even my 5yr can do it without pinched fingers, which means there are able to use it without much help from me. the plastic is durable and makes a nice, rounded shape when open but closes down to the size of other flatter umbrellas.

This umbrella is unique and stylish. My daughter really likes it. You can fit only one person underneath, so not an umbrella you can share. Cool clear umbrella for sure! Easy to retract as well.

My 5 year old daughter loves this sweet little umbrella! Perfect size for her and the polka dots are adorable! The quality is great and its easy to open and close.

I got this for my four year old, I love the dome shape so she is less likely to know stuff over or poke out eyes. The snap together strap to hold it closed works well. To open the white piece slides up until it goes over a spring piece that pops out and hold it in place. To release you have to push up and push the piece back in, my four year old has some trouble with this but is getting the hang of it. It is very cute and does a good job keeping my child entertained and dry, well her head is dry.
