They do not have adhesive on the inside of the shrink tubing. They also took an inordinate amount of heat to get them to shrink uniformly and tight to the wires. I wouldnt suggest them anywhere that moisture will be present. The aluminum contact and crimp portion is shorter than other manufacturers, but longer than some that I have seen. They are okay for being cheap, compared to better ones.

Crimp just fine, but the heat-shrink portion doesnt really shrink, so dont expect a water resistant seal.

Didnt work very well but good for small projects

I used today to crimp some of my automotive wiring , held the crimp and heat shrinked up well !

Easy to use, as a butt connector should be. What is impressive is the heat shrink tubing--apparently they have some heat-sensitive adhesive on the inside of the shrink tubing, and when you heat it up it not only does it shrink to to the size of the wire but also glues the wrap to the wire. Obviously the real test is how well it works after five years of dunking he boat trailer in water, but for now Im pleasantly surprised.
