> 24 hourIs not reliable. Does not update in real time, always behind. Cannot find phone. Only works when it wants to. Horrible product. Buy another product.

> 24 hourI bought this for my boyfriend and although it works well from our testing after only a few days of happening the battery died and he has to buy a new one. He didn’t even get the chance to actually use it before it died, we tested it once so I guess the battery life is pretty short. Kind of disappointed.

> 24 hourI normally dont write reviews for products, but the tile is too fantastic not to yell it from the roof tops! I am always losing my keys or my phone and with the tile it makes it so easy to find my keys in a flash or find my phone! All you have to do is attach it to your keys and youre all set!

> 24 hourOk, I just bought these as I am always losing stuff. I thought it was GPS, but it is actually blue tooth. That is fine though, it uses constant location services to update its location using your phone in the background. Once your phone is seperated from the tile, your tile stops communicating with the service and that last location is recorded. This means if someone steals something, it is gone forever and you wont ever find it unless you happen to walk near the person who has it because you will only know where it was stolen. This means it is really more for you find things you have lost. Not those that have been stolen. They do allow for you to mark it lost, meaning any person on the tile network can then locate it if they get near it. This is good if you dropped it somewhere and trust other users to not just find it and take it, but find it and return it. I am not hitting it for any stars for this, as it is clearly labled this way. I have had the tiles for a week. I actually give it 3.5 stars, so that would be an average rating in my eyes, basically a meh. The range is my main issue. I feel you have to be real close to anything for it to alarm. Basically you better be in the exact room or it will not connect. They say the range is a few hundred feet, but it is probably closer to 20 feet or less. I am in a room adjacent to my tv room right now, and a clear vision to the remote, but the phone cannot find the remote as of right now. It may connect ntermittling and then lose connection again. I have my wallet in my back pocket while sitting, and my phone has trouble reaching my wallet. There is no way these things can find something anywhere near the range they claim to have unless you dropped it on a flat dessert with abosolutly no obstructions. This is what I will say, I am happy I have them as they will work, you just need to patient with its connections at time. At least you can figure out which room it might be in. I think they should cost considerably less due to the inefficiencies. Worth the buy, but the cost is high for protecting a 10 dollar remote. It may become more frustrating waiting for a signal than it would be actually locating the lost device. I currently have my wallet, keys, and two remotes tabbed. I have used it successfully to find the phone, a remote, and a wallet I had my daughter hide. Found all less than one minute. So with that being said, they can work. You might just have to wonder a room or two.
