Greater than one weekI installed these puppies on my Late 2012 Macbook pro, as it only had 4GB of ram. IT makes a huge difference in the way it handles LPX now with 16GB. It was sluggish at loading samples with the 4GB, but now its instantaneous!! IF you pair this memory with an SSD HDD, you will get excellent performance from your old Macbook. I bought this ram for Music Production only, not gaming.

> 3 dayAfter talking to Best Buy and a local computer store, I decided the best option for increasing the memory in a MacBook Pro (mid 2012) from 4GB to 16GB was to do it myself! The product arrived as scheduled in a bubble wrap envelope and was in perfect condition. I watched a few YouTube videos on how to install the 2 memory cards and found it to be quite easy. The only thing we noticed was that after start up it didnt connect to the internet successfully until the computer date and time was updated . All has worked great after that was done. Its much faster now!

> 3 dayWorked without incident. Snapped in to Mac mini slot perfectly. Ran all day today without issue. The extra RAM makes a significant difference in performance. Almost completely eliminated the disk access delay (on a Mac, this is the spinning colored pinwheel).

Greater than one weekWorked well in my 2017 iMac. It did not come up when I added the memory to the second bank. I took out the existing memory and put this memory in the first bank and the original memory in the second bank and it booted up after a about 20 seconds. I think it take the iMac a few minutes to check the new memory configuration. Also, I was worried about mixing dual bank and single bank ram. My original ram was single bank and this memory was dual bank, but it seems to be working properly.
