There is a bottleneck about a thumbnail sized wide point between the tube and where the debris dumps into the holding container. This tiny space will not allow you to vacuum anything other than a light smattering of pet hair or dust. Even a small leaf can and WILL block this section. The battery doesn’t last more than 15 minutes usage on a full charge. Not particularly strong suction but even if it was, most items would get blocked. If you only have hard floors and very light fur this could work for you.

I have a dog who has been shedding like crazy and I’ve been looking for something that will pick up all of his hair on the ground and especially on the couch. This thing is heaven sent. I had been waiting to purchase a Dyson but took my chance in this and it’s like a perfect dupe! It picks up all of his hair from the couch so now i dont have to worry about when guests come over. There’s a ton of attachments. What i love most is the light that shows me everything on the ground. I had a robo vacuum that i thought was picking everything up and i quickly learned that this does double the job in half the time. The battery doesn’t last very long in the highest setting but ever since i got it I’ve been able to vacuum so easily as i leave a room so it stays charged when i do need it compared to vacuuming the entire apartment. I’m interested to see how it will be after a few months but for now I’m quite literally obsessed

I had high hopes for this stick vacuum. It barely does anything. Suction is very low right out of the box with charged up batteries. Anything heavier than hair and dust on hard floors is not going to be picked up. So if you have any bit of sand, dirt, etc on the floor it will stay. Forget about anything on carpet. We have very low profile mats and it picks up nothing off of them. The brushes randomly stop working and come back when you turn it on and off. Battery life is not too bad. You get about 10 minutes off each battery. Dumping the dust bin is a mess. Over a trashcan, well into the can, the dust flies out, but any hair stays put. You have to pull everything apart to get the dog and human hair out, making a mess and dirty hands.

Researched several cordless vacuums before purchasing. Tineco has not disappointed. Great cordless vacuum!

I’m pleased with this purchase. I was looking to potentially buy a dyson or LG cordless but wasn’t sure I was ready to drop so much money on a vacuum considering every product I looked up had mixed reviews. I previously had a cordless shark and hated it. The good: has a trigger button lever so you don’t always have to keep holding it down for power, it’s lightweight and easy to handle, strong enough to pick up kitty litter, works incredibly well for crevice cleaning and baseboards, easy to clean parts and filters. The bad: battery life could be longer, I wouldn’t purchase this for a house with carpet. We have hardwoods, tile and laminate. It works great on all of those. However, it struggles when on our (fairly low pile) area rugs. This makes me think it would do even worse on carpet. It will suck items up, but not as good as our corded vacuum and it will also struggle to roll over the rug and requires pushing and repositioning. Despite the struggles over the rugs, I’m happy I bought this! I wanted for quick cleanups and more so daily pickups. I’ll still have to drag out my corded vacuum for rugs, so don’t rely on this to be your only machine. It out performs my more expensive cordless shark ion by far.

I so wanted to love this vacuum, it is great at things that have no substance such as dust on my floors or dog hair - this part is an absolute WIN! But I live on a farm, and my floors are concrete throughout my house with the exception of a large rug in my living area. So we track in mud (I dont try to vacuum the mud), shavings and small rocks on a daily basis, along with our pets - this is where the vacuum fails.... it will pick it up and retain the small items until you shut it off and then it all falls back on the floor and then I have to clean it up with another item. This is less than a month old, the filters are not dirty so there should not be this issue. This is literally my only problem with the vacuum everything else about it is spot on but because of this I will be returning it.

EDITED a month after purchase: I still love this thing for what it is. It is so easy to use. The power head will swivel at least 90 degrees by just twisting the handle to one side or the other. It gets under furniture easily. All vacs are a pain to clean, but this one is the least pain Ive suffered that way :-) I clean it once a week. I pull out the primary filter every time I empty the vac. Tap it against the inside of the trash can. I have yet to have to clean the HEPA filter. Its as bright and shiny as it was when the vac was new. Kitty litter thats on carpet or in a crevice needs the MAX button pushed, but its gone after a few seconds of that. On MAX, it will finish the battery off pretty quickly. Once a week I MAX all the carpet I can -- quickly. Otherwise, the daily use only needs the normal setting. This is the first vac of any kind Ive used that I would say is a pleasure to use. Why? It does its job quickly, doesnt fight me to move it around, makes it easy to dump the receptacle quickly and charges when I put it away for the next day. EDITED to match the number of the photos as Amazon put them below. Photo 6 is pet and human hair picked up using the normal setting (not Max) from rugs/carpet that had been vacuumed with a real vacuum a day before! This thing is amazing. The down side is I had to empty the small cup a lot, but its easy to do. Photo 4 shows the roller brushes after gathering the hair mentioned above. I took the roller out to clean it, but after cleaning it I vacuumed some more and decided it was easy enough just to pick the hair off the roller without removing it. Photo 1 is the vacuum roller removed. Just turn the coin slot on the small end cap (counter clockwise less than 1/4 turn) and lift it off. Then the roller comes out pulling up the removed cap end. Putting it back in, the end in photo 2 goes away from the removed end cap, and the other end (photo 3) slides in with the circular side down. Replace the end cap and twist the coin slot clockwise. Photo 5 shows the dirt, dust and other particles that were picked up. No, it didnt pick up the egg carton :-) After vacuuming, the battery still had 2 out of 3 lights lit. Id say it will easily make the 30 minutes they advertise. The vacuum is a joy to use. It gets to places other vacs wont fit. The LED lights come in handy in darker areas. The docking station is just ok. I was expecting to put the vac in the station and charging would commence. It doesnt work that way. You have to plug the charger into the vac. Regarding the battery life five star rating, I gave that since I am pretty sure Tinecos 30 minute battery life is true. If any of the above changes with further use, I will edit this glowing report. The instructions leave a bit to the imagination, but multiple readings can help in understanding. You can remove the battery from the vac, put it in the top tray of the docking station and plug the charger directly into it. I havent tried that, but Im pretty sure it would work. Six of one, half a dozen of the other :-)

I do use this cleaner almost very days. I love that they come with two battery. Suction is strong for small cleaner. Easy to maneuver and use. I also like the they have lock system you don’t need to keep finger when you are vacuuming. And has three power mode. Go easy from carpet to hard floor. Only reason not five star is battery life. Great idea comes with two battery. I wish can last longer.

I have hard wood floors and a cocker spaniel. She sheds and this vacuum cleans up her hair so easily. I also have small kids and they make messes all the time. I just pull out my vacuum and clean their mess up without having to fight my kids over getting in the way of the broom! Only thing I would like differently is if the battery lasted longer. I can clean my whole house with the battery but the wait time on charging sucks.

I absolutely love this vacuum. I used to have the Animal Dyson and although it was great on thick rugs it sucked up my thinner rugs. This vacuum works great on hard wood floors and thinner rugs. Easy to clean. I hear it sucking up dirt on the thicker rugs too so I think it works perfectly for my needs. I vacuum almost every day as I have kids and cats and the occasional litter to vacuum up. I love that it is small, easy to use, no cord and works great.
