> 3 dayI was really surprised by the power of those little vacuum. It is very handy and does a much better job than I expected. I have a bad back and its such a pain to use my regular vacuum with the cord. I purchased this little vacuum so I can have something for quick cleanups but I find myself using it all the time. It fits under things very well. Its easy to control and steer I can get into spaces that I never could get my big corded vacuum into. The attachments are easy to change. Crevice tool and the dust brush is really good for getting on the top of my moldings and into the small spaces. The lights on the battery tell you when its time to recharge and when it is fully charged. For the price I am very happy, I dont know what the one the cost three times as much more could do any better.

Greater than one weekI actually have two of these. One bought about a year ago and the other older than that. The first unit came with 2 batteries standard. After a year or so both batteries would only run for 5-10 minutes tops before dying. I went to the Tineco site and bought one replacement. Then I saw this model was discounted and was only like $25 then just a battery. So I bought this off Amazon as well. Not less than 1 year later the replacement battery as well as the battery that came with the Amazon purchase are also shot. And not from overuse either. Probably use these vacuums twice a week for 20 minutes tops. The replacement batteries are $70 and only available from Teneco directly. I like the vacuum and it works great on bare floors. But Im not paying $70 every 10 months for replacement batteries.

> 3 dayI used this vacuum heavily for two years. Just two days ago I was vacuuming and a plastic piece that is used to hold the top together broke and now the entire vacuum cannot be used. I liked this vacuum but I never loved it so I won’t be repurchasing. I am bummed that I couldn’t get more years out of it.

> 3 dayI do use this cleaner almost very days. I love that they come with two battery. Suction is strong for small cleaner. Easy to maneuver and use. I also like the they have lock system you don’t need to keep finger when you are vacuuming. And has three power mode. Go easy from carpet to hard floor. Only reason not five star is battery life. Great idea comes with two battery. I wish can last longer.

> 3 dayWorks great, love all the attachments. Only drawback is the battery lasts 15minutes on highest suction. Unable to vacuum whole house and furniture on one charge.

> 3 dayI wanted to try a stick vacuum to see if the floors would get cleaned more often if we did not have to lug out the heavy, plug-in vacuum. I did the research, interviewed family members to see what features would encourage them to vacuum more, tried out my friends Shark IonFlex, and settled on getting the Tineco A10 Hero. If it were just me, I probably would have gotten a corded stick as you can get a more powerful vacuum for less money without the concern that the battery runs out too soon, and when the battery eventually dies out completely it will either be an expensive replacement or perhaps not available at all. But other family members seemed to think that if there was no cord they might vacuum more often, so to me that was worth taking a chance on battery-power and spending the extra money. The miracle where other family members vacuum more often did not happen (I think each of them tried it once, and that was it), but I am still super impressed with this machine. First thing I noticed, it is very light: it is 2.9 lbs vs the other models I was considering that were 7 to 14 lbs. It also has a 350 watt motor - others in this price range were 180w-300w. I would have liked a self-cleaning brush roll, but my friends Shark IonFlex has this and she says she still gets hair wrapped around the brush roll anyway. The other thing I would have liked would have been a larger dust compartment, but in this price range all of the dust compartments are about this size if not smaller. The Tineco A10 Spartan is the same machine which is cheaper and has the same features as the A10 Hero but fewer attachments. What sold me on the Hero was the Pre Filter Cleaning Tool and extra Pre Filter (which may only come with the wall-mount version) - this is what makes all the difference! When the vacuum is feeling sluggish and not picking up as much stuff as it used to (and this could happen within 10 minutes, before the battery charge even gives out), first empty the dust bin. If it is still a little sluggish, then I remove the pre filter (which is inside the dust bin and easy to remove), swap it out with the spare and clean the pre filter I just took out so it is ready to go for next time. After doing this, the machine is as good as new. The easy maintenance routine is what I like the best. I probably end up changing and cleaning the pre filter about every 3 times I use the vacuum, and while Im at it I use a nickel to open the roll brush compartment and clean all the hairs wrapped around it (there is a hook tool included to do this also). Not something that I had to do as often with the corded, full size vacuum, but it is so easy to do with the Hero that it is still more convenient than dragging out the old behemoth. I have not yet run out of battery when I am vacuuming because it is so easy to take out for quick jobs that I do one room at a time and am done before the battery runs out. I have wood floors with oriental or low pile carpets - regular power does a great job on these so I do not really use the Max Power setting. I received no compensation for this review - I am just a really happy customer. --- Update: 2.5 months later and I havent used the old, plug-in vacuum at all --- Update: 2 years later - Still very happy with this vacuum! After using for 2 years, I still agree with my original review: love the easy self cleaning (still using the original 2 Pre Filters and it runs like new after they are cleaned with the included tool), but wish it had a larger dust bin because it will fill up quickly and usually needs to be emptied before I am done with a room (I have a cat and 3 people with long hair in the house). The suction is not as good as a plug in, so I have used the Max setting when more suction power is needed. The battery still outlasts my usual 15-20 minute vacuuming sessions (on regular power). Only once I went on an extended cleaning streak and depleted the battery - do not remember how long that took, but it was enough to clean up 3 rooms pretty well. Bottom line: still performing great after 2 years of use, makes cleaning easy, but if you need high powered suction then you probably will want a corded vacuum of some kind.

> 3 dayI love this vacuum so much that I had to write a review. It is lightweight and has a small lock feature to keep it on as you vacuum so you don’t have to constantly pull the little trigger. It also has a light at the bottom that shows me dirt where I didn’t know dirt was hiding. These are small features that have a big impact for me. Oh, I almost forgot. The small dirt canister empties out completely - The inside piece comes right out, making it easy to clean. It is then very easy to reassemble. The same goes for the roller, it is very easy to disassemble and clean, and then put back together. I am so pleased with his product, it took me a long time to purchase a new vacuum because my older, very expensive one, still works, but it is such a pain to empty and clean out, unlike this beauty. I hope this helps someone with their decision making because I know there are many options out there and it took me a while to pick this specific vacuum. Enjoy your clean home!

> 3 dayI bought this thinking I would just use it for quick cleaning in the kitchen in between running the robot vacuums. My first time I ran it in semi darkness in the kitchen before going to bed, and wow! The light on the front lit up all the crumbs and even dust, and this thing sucked it all up, even the dust! (I had no idea my vinyl plank floors were so dusty! Yikes!) The light on the front revealed a perfectly clean area where it had been. I was so impressed I kept vacuuming on and on, didn’t even need to use the high power mode!! It was so satisfying to see everything it revealed on what I thought was my clean floors. I finished the kitchen and went into other rooms. I have a 15 year old Miele I paid $800 for back then, and this little thing easily does as good a job!! I am amazed! It is so maneuverable in any direction, lightweight, not very noisy, and does a fantastic job. Second time I ran it for about 45 minutes and got all but two rooms of my 3,000 Sq ft house cleaned before it needed recharging. I love being able to empty the dust bucket by just releasing the latch. Also, as I ran it I kept expecting to feel the pull of a cord stopping me but it is cordless! What a joy to not be limited by a cord! I have one area rug and it did get everything off it but unsure if it does as deep a cleaning as the special vacuum head on my Miele, but for spot cleaning the rug this is perfect, and I suspect if I use this in high power mode on the rug it will deep clean the pile. For fun: Run it in a darkly lit room and be amazed!! You can’t see how dirty your floors really are or it’s full cleaning abilities in daytime.

> 3 dayI had high hopes for this vacuum based on the reviews. It is terrible! It has three speeds but even on the highest setting, it barely picks up anything. I can’t do half of the downstairs before it dies, and you’d have to go over an area several times to pick everything up, never mind the area rugs, it’s impossible to pick up all the fur. I have a highly shedding Labrador and area rugs in the kitchen. I use my vacuum several times a day to control the fur all around the house. My Dyson (which I love but not the price tag) was dying and needed to find something comparable. This wasn’t it.
