Straight out of the box, would not spray any water. Troubleshooting from manufacturer consisted of “Did you fill the tank?” And “did you put the tank in the vacuum?” Of course I did. I’m not taking the brush roll apart to clean the water holes with a needle; it’s brand new and should work. Cheap garbage, don’t waste your money.

Very wet.

Have to empty filter after every 5 minutes after vacuuming on hardwood floors. It just shuts itself off if the filter is halfway full. Used the mop for cat pee and the smell hasn’t come out of the vacuum after multiple cleanings. Complete and total waste of money. I feel robbed after buying this.

Was broken from the beginning but I did purchase a re-newer product. But part that was broke was inside the clean tank just beware if you buy a refurbished Vac. Delivered on time. And Refunded easily. Might consider same brand but NEW

Easy to use, easy to clean, lightweight. Love this thing.

This is my 2nd unit. The first lasted just over 2 years with moderate use. This looks a great thing to have if you have kids and pets. Grab it for a quick clean up or a multi-room clean. The battery lasts a good while.

Very good cleaning the floors just make sure you clean the vacuum after each uses cause it will start to stink but over all great! Keeps my floors clean

I absolutely love this product. its so easy to keep floors clean. I have 3 big dogs so I wouldnt use it as a vacuum because container is pretty small for all the hair we have but washing with it justvabsolute joy.Its safe on hardwood because it sucks all the water back in very efficiently and leave you dry clean flooring. Self washing is also very neat function.

This works great for a quick cleanup but it doesn’t do a great job of picking up dried messes. It just doesn’t have the scrubbing power of a hand mop.

I bought this brand new, and it didn’t work straight out of the box. It does not spray at all. I looked online for solutions to this issue and nothing worked. It was a waste of money and I will be returning it.
