I really love this one! Light & flexible, yet sturdy enough.

I have never ever written a review previously good or bad, even when items were not what I expected or may have had a slight blemish, nick or scratch. After reading a number of reviews from owners that thought the quality of this piece was not up to the Delsey standard and a few that talked about dents and cracks in the shell I still purchased the DELSEY Paris Titanium hard side 25 because of the many 5 star reviews it had and I considered the poor reviews as you cant satisfy all of the people all of the time What a disappointment, no sense talking about what I liked about it because on the first trip which was non stop and loaded with only 33 pounds of clothing it had one corner that was completely destroyed with a large piece of the shell gone, I have other no name hard side pieces of luggage that have held up great, certainly signs of abuse and not so pretty to look at but I expected more from Delsey, I guess I fell for the marketing and actually thought that this one with Titanium in the name would be better than my other no-name ABS suitcases. I will file a claim with the carrier and whatever the outcome the replacement will not be Delsey.

I don’t travel a lot ... mostly around Christmas. In fact I ordered this piece and had it shipped to my sister’s house as the piece I used to fly to her house the zipper busted I’d had that piece for years... and even though it rezipped I didn’t trust it any longer and ordered this one for my return trip. It did fine on that trip...then I used it this year to return to my sisters for Christmas and it came off the plane with a crack and hole on the top corner... I’ve maybe used it 3 times and one of those was just that first return flight. I was telling a friend about it ...even though its been a month (I just figured I’d lost my investment) she said I should report...that perhaps it would be replaced. I’m attaching the photos I took. I honestly didn’t notice until I was on the train to my ride home from the airport....

This luggage has been widely reviewed and widely praised, and deservedly so. It is beautiful and strong, yet light. It is also roomier than it looks, available for the neatly folded sweaters and pants, as well as the just-throw-them-in there socks and underwear. It rolls wonderfully and the handle is adjustable. This one saw some mileage and handled it all with aplomb in airports, train stations, buses, and sidewalks. Wonderful.

Ive had this for a few months now and taken 3 or 4 trips. It works, it doesnt crack open (yet) like i worried about. It does get scratched and beat up by the baggage handlers and their machinery. The cosmetics went south fast.

I love this bag! I purchased it for a business trip and was able to pack enough for 5 days. Including a pair of dress shoes and running shoes. I love that it holds my 15” laptop and it’s accessories in the front. This bag maneuvers smoothly and feels well constructed. Its light weight and looks sleek. Perfect bag for a busy person who always takes a carryon bag. Can’t wait to use it on international flights as well. I truly recommend this seller! Delsey is a great brand.
