Titanium Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Graphite, Carry-On 19 Inch

Extremely well organized which will allow me to quickly access the things that I will need during my flight.

Have used for a couple of trips so far and found this roll-aboard to be sturdy, smoothly rolling, and convenient. The front zippered compartment is convenient for carrying laptop, tablet, etc., where you can easily get to it during the journey, but where it is also well protected by padded divided sections. It is great to get my laptop off my back and not have to carry a backpack to keep it accessible! The expandable main compartment still has ample space for essentials and overnight clothing you might want to carry on-board.

The suitcase is light and easy to roll. I took one trip and when I returned home I noticed around a 2 inch crack at the bottom next to the wheel base. On the top near the corner was another 2 inch crack. The suitcase didnt look like it had been badly handled by the airline. I took it to the Delsey service center and after they sent photos to Delsey they replaced the suitcase which was a surprise. Usually they would say the damage was from normal wear and tear. Ill have to see if the suitcase was defective or if it cracks again the outer case material is just not strong enough.

The suitcase came well packed in two large boxes but when my husband opened it - a birthday gift - there were scratches and scuff marks all over as if someone had used and returned it. Not sure if the pictures show it but there are marks on all sides. One of the sides has a green hue as if it rubbed against something.

Took it on several long flights and a 10 day road trip through Korea. The biggest thing you notice is how LIGHT it is.

The lock on this thing froze up with me on a trip and the only way to get to my contents was to damage it. Now I have spent over $100 on a piece of junk. I cannot find any way to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement locking mechanism. Since it is broken, Amazon probably wont take it back. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Unfortunately, we no longer have the pics of the first two Delsey’s (we bought three) that cracked and were replaced with new ones by US carriers. The luggage repair advised that these shells are not repairable. We chose another brand.

I did a lot of research before buying this suitcase because my previous ones always fell apart after a few years of use. This suitcase is SO GOOD that I purchased a second one!
