Works fine if you just want to plug it into the HDMI on your TV/monitor, but when going through my elgato, the sound is awful, terribly distorted. Tried googling solutions and just found other people with the same problem, but no solution. If you intend to use it for streaming with an elgato, would not recommend.

Popped it in and worked like a charm

Mario was my favorite Wii game and my smart Tv didnt have the cables that my old tv had so this really helped me play Mario in my new tv really cool !!!

Feels a bit cheaply made but so far Ive had no issues with connection and works just as intended

Got a new TV that no longer has inputs for 5-component cables, but I still wanted to have my (admittedly now ancient) Wii hooked up to it, in as simple a way as possible. This was exactly what I needed. It works. Like it says, it does not upscale the Wii display to your TV. I dont even know if thats technically possible to do, but I didnt need that function nor expect it. If youre that picky about graphics, you probably have a much newer gaming system. The price was very reasonable, I plugged it in, tested it, and it works just fine. Satisfied.

Works as stated. Unfortunately it doesnt make the picture any better but thats the Wii not this devices doing. Good price too.
