The inside of the case/pouch is very soft just like they said, the zippers feel like they are really good quality and I didn’t notice but the small compartment in front has a little magnet to keep it closed which is a very nice touch. My iPad fit very nicely inside not too snug and not too loose even with a case on it. Overall this case/pouch is very good quality and I’m so glad I ordered this. I would definitely recommended ordering this beautiful case! 10/10!
