I only received the charcoal filters in my package. I was under the impression that foam filters were also included. Disappointing as I will have to order from another vendor.

We bought this because the last fountain we had slopped over the sides and created a problem on our wooden floors. This one does not do that. It is easy to clean, completely quiet and most importantly - our dog and our cats are VERY happy with it. Very good quality!
