I only received the charcoal filters in my package. I was under the impression that foam filters were also included. Disappointing as I will have to order from another vendor.

Missing parts and never received replacements

These charcoal filters have almost no charcoal. They turn green in four or five days. Theyre absolutely pointless. Youre just throwing your money in the trash. If you can return the fountain that you get these filters for, I would recommend doing that as well because you cant find any filters that actually have charcoal in the charcoal filter that fit this particular fountain. Its absolutely theft.
