Item was not packaged well. The box was 3 times larger than the item. The item had busted out one of the sides of the box during shipment. I am surprised that it was not lost due to being loose in the now open box. But being all metal. it was unharmed.

I haven’t installed this yet but it’s just what I needed to modify my trailer hitch
