For what this is, these are great. Theyre the softest Ive seen, not quite Viva brushed cotton paper towel level soft, but close enough for who its for (as my husband says). Havent had any guests complain.

ugh, i hate these. i thought i was ordering the same that i used last time. they fit the tork dispenser, but they are definitely not as soft, and they are shorter in length than my previous order. when its time for more kitchen paper towels, ill have to make sure not to order these again.

Take one of these paper towels out of the dispenser and throw it directly in the trash. Youd be better off trying to dry your hands off with printer paper. A couple of years ago, these were great. But Im guessing they are using a new manufacturer, because they are absolutely worthless. Find a different brand and save yourself some aggravation and $$.

This item MB579 is not an upgrade of MB578. In the photo, the shorter one is the MB579 much smaller than its predecessor MB578. I think I like the previous towel than this one. MB578 was cheaper and bigger towel. I think this would be my last purchase of this item number. Will look for something better like the previous item (MB578), but it was discontinued.

The are better than I expected. Soft and absorbent. Well worth the cost

I was very disappointed that these towels looked like they had had some type of moisture exposure since towels were very wrinkled and rough. Contacted them to replace, all they offered was a refund. I will go back to my original company that will replace them if damaged. I use these type towels very frequently for many different things instead of rolled paper towels and had tried this brand since I had read reviews that said these were softer than most brands. I did not find that to be true unfortunately. Will be returning these and reordering my original brand.

If these are premium soft I wonder what regular is....cardboard? Gaaaaross... Like wiping your hands with cheap printing paper. Seriously. When I pulled one out I would have sworn I was shipped the wrong type. Nope. Labeled Premium soft. They are not soft nor premium.

If this is their premium, I weep for those that bought the budget version. These are as low quality as I can imagine for hand towels.
