> 3 dayI have purchased this digitizer kit from this seller 4 times and every other digitizer worked great. This last one came out faulty! The glitching is unbelievable. You cant press anything without something else being pressed. I uninstalled it and reinstalled thinking maybe something was installed wrong, but nope. Its this specific digitizer.

> 3 dayAfter sticker shock from the Apple store for a screen replacement, I decide to try my hand at repairing a broken screen myself as I could buy a new iPad for what apple charges for their screen repairs. I took 2 hours to cleanly remove all residue and broken glass form the old screen. I had lots of damage and shards of glass at the edges and around the old home button as I removed the old home buttoned the shards of glass around it, I cleaned all old residue only to realize the as I began to re-assemble an transfer the home button, there is no adhesive on the new screen to reattach the old home button to the new screen. now I am frantically searching amazon for replacement home button adhesive to reassemble and all the while, my iPad will be in pieces until the adhesive arrives. Very disappointed! Edit... After buying some double sided 3m tape, 3m Primer 94, and CAT Palm B-7000 electronic adhesive, I was able to properly relocate the home button and properly secure it to the underside of the replacement touch screen. Screen looks great, but still would have liked to have had all the proper adhesives as part of this screen replacement. Knocking 1 star due to the lack of a complete kit but otherwise happy with the final results.

> 3 dayContrary to what a lot of reviewers have said, it really wasn’t that bad. My screen was completely shattered and it took about 20 min with a hairdryer and included tools to remove. Work slowly near the home button to avoid damaging the ribbon cable. I found it helpful to have a strip and duct tape to pick up the small shards of glass. If you are intimidated by the prospects of this diy, watch YouTube tutorials multiple times and don’t hesitate to go back and refresh your memory. Took me an hour altogether. You got this!

Greater than one weekThe touch screen works, and it comes with great tools to use. The adhesive is okay, I had to add my own glue but for the price it isn’t bad. Plus I did remove and put it back on a few times.
