This is my second pair of noise canceling earbuds from tozo. Once you have these on a plane you will never go back since they help with the engine noise. Theyre good for the price and not so expensive I have to worry about them.

Update: After about 2 months, the right earbud has dropped in volume compared to the left. Followed reset procedure but it did not fix the problem. I only use one earbud at a time so they are still usable for me but for someone who uses both at once, this would be an issue. TOZO earbuds have been a good brand with good sound quality and great durability but I cannot recommend this model. Their other models Ive tested over the years have worked flawlessly and I would suggest their A-1 model instead of these, or T-10 if you are planning to use them in the shower. Original review below: Ive used five different models of TOZO earbuds for several years now and these Crystal Buds are the best Ive tried. I received them as part of a promotion. Sound quality is excellent and only sound professionals or enthusiasts will likely find anything to criticize. A single earbud battery lasted about 8 hours of continuous playback with one charge in my timed test but if you only use one ear, you can just take out the second one and then charge the first without bluetooth disconnecting or even pausing playback. So you can get several days of playback with a full charging case, depending on usage and volume. Price is great for what seems to basically be the equivalent of Google or Samsung earbuds. I just received these Crystal Buds and so cant speak of their longevity though in my experience, TOZO earbuds in general have been quite durable and long lasting (until I lose them). I only ever had one pair (A-1 model, not these Crystal Buds) that the charging prongs got a little worn. The A-1s still charge ok but need occasional prong polishing. Improvements Over Previous Versions: Microphone: Previous TOZO versions with a built in mic were nearly unusable for a phone call. In my testing with the Crystal Buds, I almost couldnt tell any difference in sound quality from using my Galaxy S22s built-in mic vs the mic on the earbuds, just slightly more tin-canny than usual phone call but still easy to communicate hands free. This is impressive since the phone mic is in front of your mouth but the earbud mic has to pick up ambient noise from the side of your head. Ear drum pressure: Previous TOZO versions would sometimes make a vacuum or high pressure and hurt your eardrum when inserted or when you pressed the button too hard but these seem to have fixed that problem and I havent experienced any pressure pain inserting or removing them. Water and button sensitivity: Previous TOZO versions were water resistant but their button was too sensitive. So when you would take a shower, previous versions would think you were holding the button down and turn the volume all the way up or down. They would also register any slight brush or repositioning as a button press and pause or start your music. The Crystal buds have a much less sensitive button that mostly only works when you actually want to push it and worked fine through a whole shower without pausing, though they did slip out of my ears when wet. I think that can be fixed by trying some of the larger tips they include but havent tried yet. Cons: The only thing I miss from previous versions is they changed the voice messages like low battery or Your headset is connected to different beeps and boops that you dont really know what they mean but definitely not worth taking off a star for that.

I have several TOZO products, but this review is about the Crystal Buds. For the price, they are crystal clear buds that I highly recommend. Besides the sound quality, these buds are easy to navigate with super easy gestures. I have them paired to my TV and use them often so as not to disturb the rest of the family as you may know even the smartest of TVs sound is at best bad. So if you are looking for reliable ear buds, these will fit your need, better yet, your pocketbook. I almost forgot - these are so comfortable that other than sound being a bit muffled when Im not using them but havent removed them, I forget that they are even in my ear. Seriously, I have to reach and feel if I removed them. :)

Small but comfortable. Easy to use, very easy to read case. Tells you how much charge is left in the case, and how much charge is in each earbud. Wireless charging too, which is always nice. Hooks right up to my work computer and I use them for work teams calls and meetings.

I spend a lot of time traveling so having a reliable pair of wireless earbuds is a must. I have to say, they exceeded my expectations in every way. The design of the earbuds is sleek, with a clear and glossy finish. Theyre incredibly comfortable to wear, with a secure fit that stays in place even during workouts. The sound quality is truly impressive. Whether Im listening to music, podcasts, or taking phone calls, the sound is always crystal clear. The BT connection is incredibly fast and reliable, with no dropouts or interruptions. Another great feature is the touch controls, which allow you to easily skip tracks, adjust the volume, or answer calls with just a tap or swipe. Also, I can use them all day without having to worry about recharging. I love the IPX8 waterproof rating, which means they can be submerged in water for up to 30 minutes. Ive taken them on runs in the rain and even used them while swimming. I would highly recommend the TOZO Crystal Buds Bluetooth 5.3 wireless earbuds. Theyre comfortable, stylish, sound great.

I am hard of hearing and I use these for our TV and my wife doesnt have to listen to a loud TV. It has great quality and I can adjust my own volume

As you can see in my image, the earbud case shows you how much battery percentage is left! I was so surprised as I did not expect that. I already thought the case alone was super convenient but the added attention to detail by adding that battery percentage right on the case means a lot as I don’t have to turn on the earbuds and put it in my ear and mess around with buttons just to know that. This is just a very smart idea and so much quicker than what I’m used to. I’ve used these earbuds every single day for some time now and I’m really pleased with the sound quality and I have not had any issues so far. Super happy with this!

I found these buds to have a good clarity in sound and equalizers. The shape is a little weird but surprisingly fits well in my ears. Love the new style.

The sound quality is very good. It helps that you can fit these custom to your ear with the multiple ear tips that they have. It has a good battery life and works well on meetings or for music. The case is very sleek, although the top is a little too flimsy plastic for my taste. I like that the case displays the battery too! That’s a very useful feature.

The T18 is a standout from the normal earbuds I encounter and buy. On first impressions they have a very high end look with the clear cover and metallic TOZO logo. The digital readout is a nice addition to gauge the remaining usage available. The earbuds have solid audio quality and provide a fairly neutral profile. They sound on par with most other offerings from TOZO such as the NC2 just without ANC. The most noticeable thing about their usage is twofold. First, the mics are much better than prior TOZO products with clear audio great for voice chats or phone calls. Secondly, the shape of these earbuds is strange but really does provide a great fit. I think they honestly fit better than my AirPod Pro 2s. Overall I was quite impressed with these and will be using them as a backup pair in the future!
