> 3 dayI own a pair of TOZO T6 earbuds and have been very satisfied with their sound quality. Due to fact that they protrude out from my ears they were apt to become dislodged when bumped. When I saw the new slim design of the TOZO Crystal Buds I wanted to give them a try. My first impression was that they fit snuggly in my ear, no more knocking them off and they look great too. The sound provides home stereo quality bass and treble. The built-in microphones provide the same voice quality as my cellphone. Battery life is exceptional. I only charge them once a week and I can use my wireless charger. The case has a digital display showing remaining battery life. I am very pleased with TOZO quality and pricing. They have stepping up their game on these earbuds.

Greater than one weekThese ear buds are absolutely the best Ive owned. They fit very nicely, the touch controls are intuitive, and the case design is surprisingly sturdy. The crystal top is a nice touch. The pros: Usb-c charging!! This was a major requirement when I was looking for a pair of earbuds to purchase. I couldnt tell for certain if they charged with type c or microUSB, luckily it was exactly what I wanted. High quality and great fit. I dont like earbuds with a stem, and I dont like the Apple shape, which some companies try to emulate. These are the version with no stem, but they also have a neat shape that fits in the ear nicely, and they dont fall out that easily. The case is built very nicely, and its not too big either. They have wonderful sound quality. I dont know if theyre adjustable or if theres an app; while I write this I cant remember if the listing included it and I dont use it (yet?) If there is one. Out of the box, the base is nice but not too overwhelming, its clear and not muffled, and they can get pretty loud without needing to turn them up very far. Edited to add: there is an app. You can only adjust the buds if theyre both connected to your device. The app is pretty easy to use and I believe its just called TOZO. The cons: The case doesnt hold a charge very long. Now, the earbuds themselves do and I think each one charges twice before the case dies. Its not a huge deal because of how long the buds themselves stay charged, but if you do need the case to last a while, keep this in mind. The screen on the front of the case keeps track of the battery life of each earbud and the cases battery and updates as you charge it, which is nice. The alert sounds the buds make are a little confusing. Dont get me wrong, the sounds are actually not bad, they just confused me a bit when I first got them. Out of the box, one earbud was dead. When I paired it (which was easy btw), it kept alerting me to that. I wasnt sure what the alert meant and at first that bud wouldnt connect. Admittedly, not sure why that happened. I unpaired the earbuds and let them pair while still in the case, which I highly suggest you do the first time as well. This time it worked, but the alert kept sounding. It eventually dawned on me that the earbud was probably just dying, so I put it in the case and all was well. They dont speak, each alert is melodic and not startling. Just keep in mind that your earbuds arent broken out of the box, they might just be dead. (Do not forget to peel the blue tape off the connectors). Overall, an amazing set of earbuds. TOZO seems to deliver quality earbuds every time, and the price is incredibly reasonable. A contender in the ring with the expensive ones for sure.

> 3 dayFirst of all, I’m very happy with these Crystal Ear Buds. I had a pair of NC9 earbuds, and the left one’s controls stopped working. I tried everything to fix and reset them, to no avail. One email to Tozo, and within 2 hours I heard back. Sent them my address, and in a few days a brand new set landed on my porch free of charge. Customer service and follow-up are stellar. I still use my NC9’s when I need significant noise cancellation, and they are great. But the Crystals are great for all-purpose, if you only need some noise reduction, vs. noise cancellation. Here are the things I like a lot: 1. The connection to my iPhone is instant and seamless. 2. With 6 pairs of different tips, it was easy to fit them comfortably with a good “seal” to my ears. They’ve never loosened or fallen from my ears. I have small ear openings, and getting earbuds to fit is always a challenge. These, as well as my Tozo NC9 buds, fit perfectly and are so comfortable. 3. The controls on each side are simple and respond very well. 4. I like that when I walk my dog or just me, the noise reduction helps, but still allows me to hear sound; it’s safer than a stronger noise cancellation earbud. 5. I’ve never used them from 100% down to zero, but the case charges quickly and holds the charge. I go “a lot of hours,” sometimes a few days, before needing to charge. The bright digital display on the case let you know quickly how much charge is remaining, as well as the progress of charge when you have it plugged into its USB cable. 6. These Crystals come with a Tozo App downloadable from App Store or Play Store. It has several presets, and also you can customize some, so that you have an equalizer always on your phone if you want to change the sound balances of your music or customize your own. This is a great feature I’ve never had on other earbuds. It also helps with audio books and podcasts where the tenor of voice varies widely and different settings make the listening much better at times. 7. Now to aesthetics — these Crystal buds are flat out classy! The case and outer part of the actual buds are high-gloss piano black. The interior side of the buds are matte black, and the lid of the case is shiny, smoked, transparent plastic. At first the lid felt a little flimsy, but frequent use and near-constant carrying in purse, belt-pack or pocket, the case remains like new — strong and glossy. The LED display is bright and sharp, and the little metal plate on the front says “TOZO” in a handsome font. The case’s magnet is strong. As all the edges are gently curved, so the case simply lies on its front or back. The USB port is on the bottom, and a short cable is included. The box is top quality for gifting the Crystal buds as well. 8. These are cost-efficient enough that I’m not constantly anxious about losing one. I would be so nervous wearing high-dollar earbuds in my everyday workaday activities. With these I can just relax and enjoy, and that is so important in a life that is often stressed, like probably all of us. Are they worth the money? In my experience, they are the best value out there. Design, features, build quality, sound quality and versatile controls surpass about anything in this price range. (They are frequently discounted, and often have generous discount coupons attached on Amazon.) MOST important to me in about anything I purchase is *Customer Service* and honoring the warranty. TOZO is 10-star on this, and when they immediately replaced my NC9’s that had a problem close to a year after I bought them, there was absolutely zero hassle, and they paid for shipping brand-new ones. You can’t go wrong with TOZO — I love them. (Disclosure: while given these TOZO Crystal Buds, and asked for a review, the review was not “required.” I was assured that my honest review was welcomed, with no pressure to give a favorable one — just an honest one. All the above is my honest experience and review!)

Greater than one weekI originally purchased the Tozo A3’s to replace my air buds that I lost not once but twice. I was blown away by the quality I got for $20. Like always I lost my A3’s. The day I lost them I stopped at the grocery store and saw they had ear buds for $35. I figured if Tozo can make quality ear buds for $20 I’m sure all ear buds at this price point would be good. Boy was I wrong, the bass was so high and the sound muffled. The whole time I was thinking air buds were bad quality, but what I notice now is that Tozo is just really high quality. I was going to purchase a replacement A3 pair but then I saw these Crystal Buds listed for only a little more money. The selling point for me was the digital display of charging % in the case, as well as the % on each headphone. I hated played the guessing game on when the case/headphones were going to die. This is a major game changer. I also love the fact that it comes with a variety pack of ear sizes. I have small ears and the S and XS are perfect fits for me. I would recommend these to anyone looking for headphones.

Greater than one weekI love this case. I dont have to plug them in to charge and they charge my earbuds. No longer guessing how charged it is as they provide a numerical percentage instead of bars. You can wear one at a time which doubles the life and they automatically connect once you remove one from the case. Fitment is very comfortable as my ears tend to run a little smaller and normally earbuds apply pressure when worn. The sound on these are amazing. Plenty of additional volume range for whatever you need. This is a homerun from tozo. They wont disappoint!

> 3 dayThese earbuds are probably the best TOZO buds Ive owned. I have TOZO NC2 which are also amazing, but these are way better. The fit is great. I can jog and sweat and dont get interrupted. The bass can be a bit better, but for the price you cant beat the quality.

Greater than one weekYou cant go wrong at $40. Great sound, great fit (play with the ear tips). My 3rd pair of TOZO buds. All still working fine. These are the best of the bunch. Hearing things in my playlist I have not heard with other buds. Best fit in my ears after 3 tip changes. Have to do that unless the out of the box fit your ears. Stay in my ears better than anything else. Phone call sound like a phone and not bott of the well sound. Full praise.

> 3 dayThese are well worth it at the price point (Could buy 4-5 pairs for the whole family and still be less than one pair of ApplePro). Sound and noise cancellation are good. The newly designed case is nice with the display on remaining charge.

> 3 dayThese earbuds work great, I like how the case tells you how much battery is left before needing to recharge. I struggle to find earbuds that sit firmly in my ears but have had no problems with these and like that they do not stick out very far! The microphone is also really good compared to other earbuds Ive owned, I like to use them during zoom meetings and have noticed that other participants can hear me better when using these over. Just my computer microphone. I do not use them daily, but have had them for a few months and they have held up great!
