Greater than one weekThe board comes with 8 screws to mount it to the backboard, but doesnt come with any screws to mount the backboard to the wall. Seems like they could toss those in since they tell you exactly what kind to use. Otherwise, a great hangboard.

> 3 dayReally great hangboard, the screws were a bit irritating to figure out as it uses two different length screws. But other than that its a perfect board and kicks your butt.

> 3 dayBefore using this hang board, I was only familiar with the boards from Metolius. I like this one a lot, though, mainly because of the split design. This means that I was able to mount it a bit wider than the average hang board -- this works for my shoulder width really well. One thing I did this time when mounting this board was install a pulley system for offsetting my weight. This is awesome and highly recommended, as its a nice way to push yourself a bit more during a workout. Even taking 10 lbs off makes a big difference. If youre wondering about the details of my pulley system, feel free to post a comment and Ill respond. One more note: Ive only used large deck screws when mounting hang boards. My thinking here is better safe than sorry -- and Ive never had one come loose.
