> 3 dayIt is very easy to setup and I like that you can adjust the width and angle of the individual holds. I have owned a few other finger boards, and I like this one because you can adjust the width to fit your shoulder breadth, and because the crimping rails vary with depth as you move horizontally on them, which allows for a wider variety of hangs. Love the pinches. They absolutely kill my forearms. Overall, a great addition to my training.

Greater than one weekBefore using this hang board, I was only familiar with the boards from Metolius. I like this one a lot, though, mainly because of the split design. This means that I was able to mount it a bit wider than the average hang board -- this works for my shoulder width really well. One thing I did this time when mounting this board was install a pulley system for offsetting my weight. This is awesome and highly recommended, as its a nice way to push yourself a bit more during a workout. Even taking 10 lbs off makes a big difference. If youre wondering about the details of my pulley system, feel free to post a comment and Ill respond. One more note: Ive only used large deck screws when mounting hang boards. My thinking here is better safe than sorry -- and Ive never had one come loose.

> 3 dayThe board comes with 8 screws to mount it to the backboard, but doesnt come with any screws to mount the backboard to the wall. Seems like they could toss those in since they tell you exactly what kind to use. Otherwise, a great hangboard.

> 3 dayThe surface might be rough, its could be pro or con Take some time to install because its 2 separate pieces, other than that, compliment with the book nicely

> 3 dayThis is rated as the best by outdoor gear labs and either the best or right up there by other publications. The only knock it gets is for slopers and that its hard to put up. To me if you cant install this thing safely then you probably shouldnt be installing anything. Get a 3/4 plywood board that fits your space. Put the holds on the board where you want them. Drill the whole mess into the studs. As a bonus, theres room on my board (maybe yours too) to put a couple of other jugs up there or something of the sort. All in, its great. I can only use a couple of the positions right now so Ill be working with this probably forever.
