Overall, the construction of the tube is durable and sturdy. It is easy to adjust, and the plastic is strong enough to get through multiple plane rides. The tube counts as your item as long as everything else is in your carry-on. I took a backpack and this tube on AA, and it was fine. A few things that could improve this tube is a longer strap so that you can comfortably wear it as a shoulder bag. The second adjustment would be a long handle on the top or bottom to make the tube easier to reach in the overhead compartment. I’m on the shorter side, and I had to ask someone to help me because the tube had rolled to the back of the carry-on compartment. Aside from that, my poster made it safely!

Well made, nice adjustable strap, holds what I need without tight rolling of materials. Good threaded cap w/info card window.

Tube is actually smaller than i expected. Nevertheless, product is exactly as seen in the picture.

Helps keep my prints in good dry shape. Not as sturdy as I’d hoped but still does the job.

I bought this tube to travel with a poster for an academic conference. I had to take this on the plane with me, it worked as a carry on item and fits behind the bags in the overhead storage

Perfect for discreetly and safely transporting arrows. I cut three discs of cheap carpet. I glued one to the lid and turned the other two so that the jute was on the outside and pushed them to the bottom. The points rest in the carpet backing and the knocks are protected at the top. No damage to the fletching in transit. Or the vehicle for that matter.
