> 3 dayI have had every knock-off bought in China and Thai street shops, plus some high-grade expensive backpacks. For my travel now, this bag is top choice -serves as a clothes / spare batteries/ laptop carry-on under the seat on economy business flights. It carries enough that if you also have a hard-case carry-on that you can check at the gate with no batteries in it, is perfect for personal bag. Storage combined with a small carry-on is enough for 1-2 night stays where you dont want to carry or pay for larger checked bags. Acts like a small soft suitcase and backpack in one, well behaved when placed on top of a small carry-on suitcase, rolling through the airport is not a problem -no unbalanced fall-overs getting on airport trams. Highly recommended for frequent air travelers. Durable, good zippers, no defects. What else can you say or want? Smart bags -meh.

> 3 dayEven after reading the reviews and finding some of them with manufacturing issues, I am pleasantly surprised by this bags durability after dragging it all over Costa Rica for two weeks. This little bag is a powerhouse! And for about 40 bucks, Im stoked on the quality for what I paid. The luggage compartment is shockingly roomy, and even has the mesh pocket on the inside flap as well as the elastic security straps. I definitely over-packed, but as a carry-on, it worked really well. The outermost pockets on the front can be a little hard to maneuver in if youve over packed the main compartment, like I did, but still function well if you stuff everything into the pockes before zipping the luggage bay. The security straps on both outer sides are great for attaching extra items, like a towel or other small roll. I hung my oversized water bottle from them, as well as other quick-access items. The laptop pouch is nicely concealed and also padded for comfort. I used that space to keep my towel clean at the beginning of my trip. After 5 flights and I dont know how many bus trips and taxi rides, and many, many steps, I havent experienced any breaks or broken stitches. Also, it fit expertly in most overhead storage compartments on both plane and bus (not all busses). As heavy as the bag was (my fault for over-packing, and also moisture in everything from humidity), this bag really made my trip a breeze whereas other bulkier bags or rolling luggage might have been burdensome. **Updated** This bag has now also been to Turkey and Hawaii, both as a personal item or carry-on. If you dont over pack it, it will work as a personal item (unless youre flying Frontier, because they are regimental about putting your stuff in that stupid metal box that is supposed to simulate under-seat space. A year after purchase, still no breaks in the straps or zippers.

Greater than one weekI Bought this backpack a month ago and have been using it for weekend trips and its fantastic, fits everything even a big towel and a pair of sneakers. The laptop compartment is very big,my 13 MacBook Pro fits perfectly even with a laptop sleeve. The bottle compartment doesnt use the space of the main compartment. The main reason for this purchase is to use it on flights, not tested yet but in a few weeks will be used for an international flight at American Airlines, it has 2 more inches that are required but hopefully wont have any problems, will update. Took a domestic flight, and nobody told me anything about the size of the backpack, even when it was packed; the only thing is that is very uncomfortable having it under the seat because it occupied almost all the space, and Im very short; it was a 3-hour flight but still very uncomfortable (add some pics) and in the international flight the space under the seat was a little bigger but was told to put it with the carry-ons because it looks very big. I think it is a good option to use it as a carry-on or not very packed so you can push it. Be careful with low-cost airlines you might have problems.

> 3 dayI was constrained by the fact that my laptop is 17 inches. Overall I found that this was larger than I wanted. While I returned it, I can see how it would be a very good travel backpack. They would keep all your belongings down to one personal/carry-on item. But if put under the seat in front of you, I imagine it would not leave any room for your feet

> 3 dayI used this bag for a weekend trip and i loved it. It has a lot of room and plenty of pockets. My only complaint is the strong chemical smell. Before I used it i had to air the bag out.

> 3 dayIt fit under the seat and holds more than I expected. The mesh dividers are also very helpful and how the back opens up is great too. My only complaint is the two front pocket zippers are tough to zip/unzip.
