21-11-2024Took this on a 40 day economy level trip to India and it came through with flying colors. Large enough to pack whats needed and strong enough to be manhandled during the course of travels. This was a solid choice for me.

> 3 dayI bought the burgundy carry on, 22x14x9 to replace my worn out same size suitcase. Side by side, they are the same size, but wow! Appearances are deceiving! I kept adding shoes and clothes and it didn’t seem to get full. I didn’t need to use the expansion zipper and I didn’t overstuff it. My MacAir fits in the large outer pocket, charging cords in the smaller outer pocket, so I don’t have to bring a separate computer bag unless I want to. The wheels roll beautifully.

> 3 dayAs a pilot simple and efficient are important. Technically great carry on, easy to handle and useful features. Unfortunately some chemicals used in manufacturing have a strong odor that permeates everything, hopefully it will dissipate over time.

> 3 daySwitched to travelpro years ago after my handle quit lifting on a cheaper bag I got at Marshalls. Before I made it to the airport with that crappy bag one of the wheels broke too. Nothing more fun than physically carrying a 40 lb bag from the hotel to the cab and from the cab to the airport ticket counter. Dont be a cheapskate and make the same mistake I made years ago. Buy a good quality bag Travelpro and enjoy your travel.

> 3 dayI bought this for a 2 week trip to Europe. During those 2 weeks it endured rolling on cobblestones, 8 airplanes (sometimes being carried on and other times being checked...and lost), 5 trains, being squished into taxi trunks, dragged up and down stairs in hotels and train stations, being packed and unpacked over and over. No complaints! Wheels, handle, zippers, seams all held up well without any problem.

> 3 dayThis is the largest suitcase that can comfortably fit in the back of a Toyota Prius, which is why I have it. We can fit 2-3 peoples worth of clothes in it for a week with no trouble. The wheels are good quality. It is easy to maneuver both standing up and leaning forward. I am over 6 feet tall. Handles often dont extend far enough for me to be comfortable holding them without the suitcase hitting my heels when I walk. This one extends a bit farther than most, which is great! The first time I used it, the little chrome buttons that are on each side of the handles all popped off. They seem to be entirely cosmetic and dont seem to have had any impact on function. I have used this on both car trips and cross-continent air travel so far. It works equally well in both situations.

Greater than one weekVery nice carry on luggage. The only disappointment was the picture shows a cute pink and white plaid lining. It does not have this.

> 3 dayThis is a very large piece of luggage that when fully packed for a month long vacation exceeded the 50 lb weight limit on international flights. As we were a couple travelling with two of these large suitcases, we were able to shift some items into the second piece of luggage. I am concerned that the wheels are very small and although they did not break, I was concerned that they would do so and that they would not be durable in the long run for many trips. When getting off the ship, we encountered a walk way with space between each plank, and the wheels would get stuck between the slats. A big concern is that they would break but they did not break. I would feel better with a piece of luggage that size with eight sturdy wheels and not four of them. This is a great luggage brand but I am skeptical that these wheels are going to last. A broken wheel on a piece of luggage weighing 50 lbs would be a minor disaster for seniors who would not be able to lift them!

> 3 dayThis bag is exactly what I was looking for. I generally need to store my bag overhead and the last few times I used my larger carry-on I struggled to lift it up (unfortunately no one will help these days). This is lighter weight and the perfect size for a weekend, long weekend (or more). Comfortably fits 3 pairs of slacks/jeans, 3 tops, 2 pairs of shoes and toiletries.
