> 24 hourIm sitting a taxi after having landed from the first leg of my first flight. The front zipper failed after literally the 3 or 4 times using it. And worse, I cant even re-seat the zipper. Its not even like the bag was packed - I cant even fathom how the zipper came disconnected (it started in the middle of a fully zipped bag). Its gong back the second I get back. Ive been a heavy traveler for decades. Ive had 20 dollar throw aways perform better. Incredibly disappointed.

> 24 hourI have purchased several of the platinum series bags.....including this one. They are well made, good value and they do stand behind the lifetime warranty. S bought a new model.

> 24 hourThe good: Perfect for suits, dress shirts, dresses, and other formal clothing. Perfect fit in overhead as a carry on item. The bad: Very awkward when rolling as compared to spinner carry ons. The zippers tend to get hung up and can be very difficult to zip open or closed near the clasp on both ends. VERY FRUSTRATING. Overall it is a very high quality piece of luggage. But you pay for the quality. The frustration with the zipper prevents me from recommending this garment bag.

> 24 hourThe Zippers are of poor quality. One trip and one of them is damaged. It is a good bag with poor zippers . May be they should use Velcro

> 24 hourMy wife thought she bought me a great bag. The handle came out after the second use and the zipper is down now. Probably made on Friday afternoon..... Very disappointed. No customer service to repair. I have offered to ship back and all I get is the run around.

> 24 hourIts ok. I would buy a bigger version for bag check if they would just make one with spindle wheels instead of the dragger type that are crappy.

> 24 hourWhen I travel, its usually for work and that means suits or jackets and pants. I have a carryon with a small suiter but it can only carry a couple of shirts or maybe one jacket. This bag is extremely well designed and very well made. The zippers are curved for easy gripping and they are good quality as well zipping and unzipping easily. I use it domestically and have not had any trouble carrying it on but I think the requirement for international, at least with some vendors is 19, so it may not work on international flights. Its not a spinner and I appreciate that as some spinners have tiny wheels that roll poorly on carpets and stairs. This has two big wheels and I prefer that much more. I usually buy Tumi but Im finding TravelPro to be about as hearty and now more detail oriented. Highly recommend this bag.

> 24 hourI bought this one because I was in a hurry and I regret it so much! The design of this expensive garment bag is extremely flawed. They should have included 4 wheels instead of only two. They could have also changed the orientation so that the wide part is in vertical position when closed. I kept hitting people in the airport with it because of its width. All in all, I hate this bag and I will definitively get a new one with 4 wheels and a better design. Don’t risk it. Save some money and get a better garment bag.

> 24 hourI travel on business, and I check a bag because I need my suits to arrive looking good, not crammed in a carry-on. The stress is always the lost bag arriving the day after a meeting... this carry on garmet bag is fantastic. It isnt soft - its stiff, so it wont get crushed in the bin. It rolls, easy to go through the airport. It has side slots/compartments to stick things in while working at the gate, like your laptop. Smooth, sturdy, high quality. If needed to be checked, it can withstand that beating too. It looks great, the garment bag -- my suit arrives for that next day meeting in perfect shape, and I can travel with just this carry on for one day. Outstanding, great investment.

> 24 hourGreat carry-on suiter perfect for week-end trips. Holds a lot and there is cushioning inside to protect your belongings. Be prepared to have to gate-check it on regional gets with limited overhead bin space. I would have given it 5 stars, but the corners are not rounded enough and the zipper always ends up getting stuck. Not bad enough to not use the bag, though -- you just need to be very careful when sliding the zipper around the corners. Thats the only complaint I have for this otherwise excellent suiter.
