Just received. One of the zippers is locked and will not open on 000. If someone can tell me how to unlock it, I might be able to change this review...

Use the suitcase once and it broke. Be wary of purchasing this item. Returning it.

I love how this is organized. I got the white and have not traveled on an airplane with it yet so I cannot say how easily marks are removed. But for the price this set is fabulous looking!!

Gave this luggage set to my wife for Christmas in anticipation of an upcoming trip in February. She packed yesterday and this is what happened to the zipper!!!!! Called the company yesterday, got a recording of a promised call back and 24 hours later have not been contacted!!! Not only poor quality but very poor customer service!!!! We are out of our 30 day return so stuck with this inferior luggage! Do not recommend!! And we thought Travelpro was a highly regarded brand!

I liked all of the zipper compartments, and it was such an upgrade from what we had before.

I purchased this for our upcoming trip (which is not for another 3 months). Quick delivery. I inspected the luggages and wheels were very easy to maneuver, telescopic handles worked perfectly, all zippers working properly, no damages to either luggage, properly packed. I will come back and update this review once I am able to use it.

Went to use the suitcase for the first time and the zipper that expands the suitcase does not work. Call TravelPro and it is hard to reach someone, when calling you are put on hold and then told to call back they are to busy to answer the phone. I called over 14 times to reach a customer service agent. When I finally reached a customer service agent she sent an email asking for pictures, but told me there probably nothing they can do, they would evaluate the picture but it is probably not covered under warranty. We just waisted over $300 on a two piece set of luggage that the large suitcase is not usable. Do not waste your money.

The wheels move and turn on a dime the luggage is lightweight making it easier for someone like me who is 4 foot 11 manage my luggage through an airport
