Have you ever seen those people walking through the airport with their suitcases busted open and their clothes falling out? Yes thats me and my brand new TravelPro suitcase!!! Maybe I put too much in my case, but I have never in all my years of buying cheap and mid-range suitcases have a zipper fail on me. I guess it was the low price point that led TravelPro to put zippers that are more suitable for clothing than hard-wearing luggage on their entry level cases. I managed to get the zipper to heal so they should still work. Apart from that the wheels work really well - the wearing surface is rubberized unlike many other similarly priced luggage which use a hard plastic. Also they look great and stand out well on the airports luggage conveyor.

I ordered a few suitcases before deciding on this set. We have taken them in 3 trips and they did very well. The zipper seems to be good quality, they are light and easy to handle. My husband bought a more expensive one and I could not tell the difference in the way they handle or quality.

During my very first trip, one of the feet broke off. No big deal, these have a great warranty right? Wrong! Contacted warranty support and they said I could ship back to them at my own expense or drive it to a warranty repair center (only reasonable one was about 20 minutes away and only open a few hours a day Monday-Thursday). They refused to just send me the small part. I have replaced with a different brand that stands behind their product.

I liked all of the zipper compartments, and it was such an upgrade from what we had before.

The appearance is great, and the quality is even better.

This suitcase arrived with a handle that would barely retract, then got worse to the point of locking up completely. It is now unusable! Customer Service hangs up while I am on hold, and zero electronic means of reaching then nets a response. This has been a nightmare purchase!
