Greater than one weekI am very impressed with this umbrella. It very sturdy. It is a nice weight, not light, but very easy to handle. The material is very durable with a great thickness. It’s easy to use and the movements are very precise. I love flowers, and to look at the top while using just makes me feel good. The color is beautiful and not dull, very lively. I love it! It truly is a lifer.

Greater than one weekSo I havent gotten to test out the windproof portion of the umbrella (and hope I dont have to), but overall this seems like a nice, sturdy umbrella. I personally wish the handle stick was a little longer, but the beautiful style makes up for it. I love the unique way it has the bright beautiful pattern on the inside. Its vibrant and so nice to look at! Ready for spring showers!

> 3 dayThis is a great travel umbrella. It is very sturdy and has a pretty design on the underneath side of the umbrella. The only down side I can find is that that the body of the umbrella is very thick. The length is not long but the body is thick. I cannot fit it in the outside side pocket of my umbrella which is where I had hoped to store it for our trip. I do have smaller hands and I cannot wrap my hand around the body.

> 3 dayI can’t even remember how many umbrellas I have had break because if a gust of wind. It was just a few weeks earlier during a downpour I had one taken out by a wind gust and I was drenched while trying to collapse it before getting in my car. In fact, I recently counted only one unbroken umbrella among the six that I currently had. Some of these had also claimed to be windproof. So I am giving this one a try. So far I have used it twice, both tines the wind was moderately strong, probably around 10 mph with gust to something around 15 mph as my best guess. I had one instance where a gust caught it from underneath but it remained controllable and did not break. I hope not to experience anything stronger in the future as I would not like to find out the limits if this umbrella to stand up to stronger wind. I normally prefer just plain black umbrellas but this one does look pretty with the flower pattern and unlike me my wife prefers in over my normally solid black umbrellas. In summary the umbrella has held up well so far and I feel safe to say that is better constructed than any of my previous umbrellas and even though the price is a but on the higher side if it continues to perform as it has so far then it is worth it and worthy of recommendation.

> 3 dayMy main complaint about this umbrella was the claim of being a travel umbrella. I got this expecting something similar to the tiny travel version my spouse is constantly borrowing as its compact and light enough to fit in a pocket. This one is not that, so if youre wanting a lightweight travel umbrella, it may be worth looking on. If, however, you can stand some additional size and weight, this is a durably designed umbrella, and that extra size and weight has a reason. First, the canopy is doubled, so there are two layers of fabric. Supposedly this is intended to vent the umbrella for resisting wind, but I have a difficult time seeing how two layers of fabric directly on top of each other would let in much wind, but the design DOES add a lot of strength and stiffness to the overall design. Pressing the open/close button launches the umbrella up with authority. The strength of the ribs and power of the springs involved make it seem extremely solid when its up. Putting it down, however, with another press of the button, leads to a bit of a struggle. All that extra fabric and stiffness has to be wrangled back into a small enough cylinder to fit back into the bag. Its not an insurmountable task, but definitely takes more effort. Overall, this is a sturdy, durably designed umbrella. Assuming the springs and switches hold out over time, I can foresee this one lasting quite a while. However that all comes at the cost of bulk and weight, which will likely limit its usefulness (for us it makes it a car umbrella to have stored in the event of getting caught out in a storm)..

> 3 dayThis umbrella, while only 18 ounces in weight, is heavier than other travel umbrellas I have used. It appears to be more durable, containing sturdy fiberglass ribs and a strong open/close mechanism. The sellers page says the product has a new ventilated double canopy. Their video shows a black vented umbrella and a blue unvented umbrella. The product I received is unvented. The umbrella opens instantly with the push of a button. Another push of the button partially collapses it, requiring the user to wrap a strap around it and push its handle in. I was able to return it to its case with some effort. The umbrellas Teflon coating should repel water. Overall, this appears to be a sturdy and durable umbrella although the lack of a vent makes me wonder how well it will stand up to strong winds.

> 3 dayThis is a nice looking umbrella that does what it should. Tried it out today during a brief rainstorm. Its easy to open and close and is wide enough to cover me. There wasnt a lot of wind to check out how windproof it is but its extremely sturdy so it should do well. Im happy with it.

> 3 dayThis is a very compact and lightweight travel umbrella. Its way too small to share, but perfect to thrown in a backpack or purse for your own use if the skies look threatening. It expands and closes smoothly and easily. My only knock is that it it NOT vented, so Id be very cautious about using it in windy conditions. With that small caveat, Im pleased with this umbrella!

> 3 dayI got this umbrella for my 10yo who struggles with his other umbrella (getting it closed). This one is absolutely amazing. The open/close function is smooth and is easy for him to do by himself. Its also really pretty sturdy in the wind. We had about 10 mph winds the day I received it and it barely moved. Im impressed!
