I had hope of some earthy colors but these we’re still quite bright. They also did not come out evenly but I was also trying to dye solids not go for a tie dye effect. Great for normal tie dye I guess but don’t expect soft colors..

The colors in this kit are SO vibrant! Love them. Makes tie-dying super easy with the reusable bottles and extra packets of dye. A little really does go a long way. It also comes with instructions on how to mix and guides to tying different designs and also, 5 pairs of plastic gloves and around 5 dozen thick white rubber bands Packaging was really secure, came in a cardboard box so the kit was not at all damaged. Shipping was fairly quick (a week, I think). Lots of fun for kids and this kit made it a lot easier and clothes came out soooo bright and pretty!

This made for a fun tie-dye birthday party! Easy to use, comes with gloves, rubber bands, directions on how to make designs. Everyones shirts turned out great. Be sure to fully soak both sides of your shirts (be very liberal with the dye)! The party resulted in happy girls with tie dyed masks and shirts. Love this product!

My 5 year old daughter and I used this kit to tie dye cloth napkins. There was plenty of dye for our pack of 24 large cloth napkins plus we did 2 tee shirts as well. I wish I would have read the instructions more closely and pre-washed the tee shirts first, as they didnt soak up the dye well. The 100% cloth napkins that we dyed turned out perfectly though. Such a fun project with my daughter, and the squirt bottles made it very easy to place the dye where we wanted it and really minimized the mess. Great product!

Overall I think tulip dyes work pretty well, but some of the colors (deep red, deep blue, lime) seem to wash out completely or almost completely. And definitely wash on cold! I made the mistake of washing on warm and my projects faded a wee bit too much for my liking.

Perfect for what we needed, offers a lot of dye and this was a double pack. Well worth the money. We wrapped our items in plastic wrap and let them sit for 24 hours, then rinsed and washed in cold water and dried. Colore stayed pretty bright and no running. There has been some light fading but they are still colorful.

Bought this during quarantine to give kids something to do, its perfect! We used one set of dyes and my 3 kids were each able to dye 4 items (shirts and pillowcases) so seems like a great value and we still have lots more refill packets left. Very happy with it, would definitely recommend leaving dye on garments for at least 24 hours though. One daughter washed out after about 12 hours and hers were noticeably less bright than the other kids.
