Excellent product and excellent wifi speeds! Especially if you have the rest of the UniFi networking setup.

I have 5 of these throughout the house for 5 years now. The 2.4Ghz radios are set to Medium power and the 5Ghz radios are set to High power. Theyve been rock solid reliable - the first whole home roaming WiFi system Ive ever had thats worked perfect all the time. This is a great access point when your work is mission critical.

AP wurde in ein bestehendes UniFi-System integriert, was nach Anschluss (PoE) und anschließender Konfiguration über den UniFi-Controller binnen fünf Minuten erledigt war. Seither (ein Jahr) nie Systemabstürze. Zwei Firmwareupgrades in der Zeit reibungslos durchgeführt. Stabile Übertragungsraten auf einer Fläche von ca. 120qm Geschoss. Wobei die Heatmap ca. 10% geringere Datenraten in den Außenbereichen offenbart (kann aber auch an den architektonischen Gegebenheiten liegen). Datenraten bleiben auch bei vielen angemeldeten Clients stabil. Sehr zu empfehlen - wie UniFi im Allgemeinen - für diejenigen bei denen der Schwerpunkt weniger auf den Anschaffungskosten und mehr auf Einfachheit bei Integration und Wartungsfreiheit liegt. Ob der Mehrpreis gegenüber dem AP AC Pro gerechtfertigt ist hängt eigentlich nur von der Anzahl der Clients ab. Für das mehr an theoretischer Datenrate lohnt es sich sicherlich nicht.

Das Teil ist der Hammer. Wirklich sehr gute Performance und absolut reibungsloser Betrieb. Die Durchsatzwerte sind ebenfalls überragend. Ich habe seit dem ich die UniFi Geräte im Einsatz habe keinen einzigen Neustart machen müssen. Seit nun 4 Monaten läuft mein WLAN stabil, kein einziger erbot, auch die Übergabe von Accesspoint zu Accesspoint klappt super.

Works well, very stable, quite hard to setup took several attempts. Wi-Fi range is ok not amazing, and it is expensive for what it is. I did expect more features like a guest wifi and able to control kids settings etc but no. Or I just can’t find them. Documentation is bit weak.

It just works and handles multiple wireless video cameras easily

Deckt bei mir die ganze Wohnung auf 2 Ebenen ab (2 x 55 qm). Bin sehr zufrieden. Ein Webinterface zur Konfiguration wäre noch toll, da geht inifi aber einen anderen Weg. Aber irgend wie geht es mit der App oder einem PC Tool auch.

Ich bin begeistert. Nachdem ich von diversen W-Lan Repeatern und Steckdosenlösungen enttäuscht wurde, weil die Leistung immer unterirdisch war, bin ich nun komplett auf Ubiquiti umgestiegen. Ich weiss dass ich jetzt mit einer Riesenkanone auf ganz kleine Spatzen schiesse aber ich bin sehr zufrieden und begeistert. An das konfigurieren und Einrichten der APes mit Controller Software oder CloudKey muss man sich schon gewöhnen, aber wenn es funktioniert dann top. Keine Aussetzer mehr, überall starkes W-LAN. Ich würde es immer wieder kaufen. Meine Ausstattung jetzt 2 Stück. AP HD 1 Stück. AP Pro 1 Stück CloudKey 1 Poe Switch 16 Natürlich alles von Ubiquiti Nicht gerade billig, aber von mir ganz klare Kaufempfehlung

Ce point daccès de la gamme Unifi dUbiquiti fournit un excellent débit 2G/5G et une bonne couverture. Jai déployé plusieurs de ces points daccès dans ma maison (avec le même SSID) jai maintenant un réseau WiFi sans couture, mes équipement passent dun AP à lautre en toute transparence. Avec le logiciel Unifi on dispose dun tableau de bord complet de son réseau et de son utilisation.

I bought one of these as an upgrade to more professional-level Wi-Fi gear and have generally been quite happy with it for the past two years. However a week ago the 2.4 GHz radio failed, not completely (as at least that would be easy to detect.) Instead, it will work for about a minute or two, then drop to zero signal for about a minute, then return. If you have IOT devices that will retry, thats fine; if you have something like a security camera, that needs to send data NOW, it means they will somewhat randomly drop off the network, likely when you need network access the most. Since the warranty is one year, Im now left with the dilemma as to whether to spend another $300+ on another one, or just leave it as a 5 GHz access point only until better WiFi 6 products are released from Ubiquiti or other vendors. Great device, but that rare case where I wish I had spent a little extra for an extended warranty; it would have paid for itself this time around.
