> 24 hourYou dont realize how bad consumer wifi is until you use something like this. After fighting consumer wifi devices for too long, I moved to Unifi AC Pros (a 5 pack). Since then Ive had no random problems, fantastic performance, and (at last) some actual insights into my wifi environment. ---- Update: 8 months later ---- Still amazing, no complaints. Our wifi connections are now as reliable as our ethernet connections.

> 24 hourI purchased this item, but didnt install it until this past weekend. The plastic bracket that connects the AP to the wall broke during installation, so now my AP is just dangling on the wall. Try and find this part on ebay? Yeah right! Here on AMazon? Wow, seriously nowhere? Try to connect with the seller through my order history? Not even an option. I love these access points. This is the first installation in 6 years that Ive had any problem. Im very happy with the product, the performance and the management of Ubiquiti hardware. This inability to track down a simple plastic part is just a bit irritating.

> 24 hourBest AP Ive ever used, by far. There are so many features, yet its so easy to work with. They all plugged in and just worked, easily. They look beautiful. The install kit makes things super-easy.

> 24 hourUbiquiti gear is one of the best bangs you can get for you buck. Their equipment competes very well with some high dollar offerings for a fraction of the cost. Ive done two installations using the UniFi AC Pros and both were a great success. One was a high traffic, high S/N environment and these APs performed wonderfully completely eliminating drop outs.

> 24 hourI would give this a zero. We tried putting 5 APs up. No luck, tried support, all chat! That is even if somebody is there . Hired a pro to install, still no luck. Buy another system

> 24 hourBeing a seasoned network engineer - found it extremely complex to configure. Too many dependency on sub components and very rigid out of the box requirement i.e. hard coded network ranges 192.168.x.x ; In an enterprise environment - almost not installable considering # of hours it take to get it going. Called customer support - they refused to talk in person - almost everything through chat - it was night marish experience haggling over basics of OSI stack functioning. Finally had to return the whole batch. The hardware quality otherwise was very good - it is their software which needs serious work.

> 24 hourRock solid, little learning curve getting it all going, but I am getting amazing connectivity all around the house and outside. We have a Sonos system in the yard and the WiFi is perfect. I am camping in a tent in the back of the yard, 100 feet from the nearest wap right now and pulling 80mbs from here as I write this. Wish I would have purchased much sooner
