Seems to work well (Chrome OS). I would give it 5 stars, but it was supposed to arrive on Saturday (one day delivery) and arrived on Monday (3 days delivery).

I bought another Ethernet to USB adapter but was disappointed to find that it did not work with the switch. I bought this one since it is compatible. Several reviews listed that this adapter worked through the dock, but I connected the USB end to an Apple USBC to USB adapter and that worked as well! Much more convenient than a long Ethernet cord or moving the dock (and a tv) close to the Ethernet cord.

So, I have a very old Windows & PC. My dino-puter was only able to hit my slow, 2.4 ghz wifi, which sucks as Im paying for gigabit internet. So, I saw this thing, and decided to give it a shot. Boy howdy, Ill let the results speak for themselves (see photo). From 43.28 D/19.49U to 811.92D/15.998U. Nothing is going to give a computer this old full gigabit, but this is one heck of an improvement. I recommend.

Works perfectly with my Nintendo Switch! Plugged it into the USB slot in the back of the dock and automatically connected to a wired connection.

On a 980/940 Mbps FIOS connection with an ethernet cable, my device only received 120 Mbps down and 29.6 Upload.
