perfect replacement for my outdoor shades where the elastic had weathered and finally snapped on the original cords. didnt need the brackets. wish I could have just bought the replacement cords or cords with balls, but definitely served the needed purpose.

This item was a direct replacement for old bracket.

Used to replace a broken bracket rather than replace the whole shade. The part that turns was facing the wrong way. Slide the plastic cover off and unscrew 2 screws to rotate it so that it’s facing downwards if that’s what you need. The whole thing is metal except for the plastic cover. Very sturdy and perfect replacement. I used my original holes and just screwed it in place. Very pleased.

Easy to work with and can use them for other purposes

One of our coolaroo roller shades arrived with no hardware. It was a gift. Rather than bother the giver or contact the company. I just bought this for about $10. Installed the same and as easy as the brand name version.

Thread wore out in just 2 months and slips after a full turn. Not durable at all.

The roller blind comes with 4 bungees, 2 for the top and 2 for the bottom, I need 2 more to the middle.

We wanted to create extra stops for our roller shade. These weren’t for replacement. Easy to install. A bit over priced for what they are. Also wished you could get them by themselves without the bungee cords. Of course, the first time we break a cord, we will be happy we have them.

RE: the DURABILITY - Dont know, cuz I just got it. The original had broken. I picked 3 stars, only cuz I cant leave it blank.

Received exactly what was advertised. Im a happy camper! Surprised that Lowes sells the shades (I purchased four.), but none of the replacement accessories that wear out. In three years the bungees weakened or ruptured and the plastic anchors become brittle and break.
