> 3 dayUP2Us protein powder is incredible! The fact that there are no filler ingredients, its lactose free, and has no carbs means that I can turn this into whatever I want flavor/format wise or protein to carb ratio. From a traditional recovery shake to pancakes to oatmeal or even blending this into a soup, using UP2U helps me hit protein goals that Id likely otherwise miss. There are only so many eggs and chicken breasts I can eat in a day. But with UP2U I can vary my flavors and formats for getting the protein that my body needs to recover and build. Huge fan, do yourself a favor and pick some up!

23-11-2024Love it!! I can mix it with anything because it doesn’t have a flavor/taste. Makes it easy to just mix it with whatever I want & get going. Doesn’t clump and take forever to mix.

> 3 dayI am a protein powder newbie. Let me fully disclose that I am only interested in protein powder as a meal supplement, and not for muscle building. Sometimes I get so focused on work that I forget to eat, and when I remember that I need to eat, I am always making excuses that it’s too close to the next meal to have a substantial meal now. My answer to this is a little protein shake to give me some nutrition and hold me over til the next meal. I’m not treating this like a meal replacement, but more like a snack. The last two protein powders I tried, I hated. Then my friend told me that I should never listen to the instruction on the bag when they tell me to mix protein powder with water. Well this bag had no instructions so I thought let me mix it with milk. So I threw a serving size with ½ cup of milk into my bullet blender and blitzed it briefly. I ended up with a slightly frothy milk that tasted like those plain coffe-mate creamers. You know that powder you put in your coffee instead of milk. And, maybe it’s weird or maybe it’s not, I thought it was delicious. So this is my go to snack when I’m too lazy to make something or forget to eat lunch. A serving of this, some milk, and a couple berries, and I’m good til dinner. Maybe not super healthy, but better than nothing, or worse, a bag of chips. As a non-protein powder drinker, this product has won me over. I love it. Only thing I will suggest is that you weigh it when you’re making your concoctions – the serving scoop is not completely accurate.

> 3 dayI got this as an alternative to greek yogurt in my favorite green smoothie (im lactose intolerant). I was scared it wouldn’t be as thick since its a powder but that wasn’t the case! It came out thick and the powder is truly flavorless. Im excited to try this in other recipes and with 47 servings its a really great value! Also it does come with a scooper but I took mine out before the photo

> 3 dayWell-packaged, dissolves/blends easily with milk, cold or hot liquids. Truly flavorless, which is a nice change from a lot of those flavored brands that often have a weird or chemical aftertaste. Probably not a big deal, but the description says 1 Ingredient, while the ingredients list on the package says Native whey protein isolate, sunflower lecithin, lactase Overall, Im very pleased with this and love the versatility of being able to mix this with my morning coffee, chocolate milk, or a fruit smoothie.

Greater than one weekGood overall protein powder. Smells a little plastic like in the bag. Mixes well. Easy to drink I love that it has lactase added for those with an intolerance to lactose imbued products. Whey isolate naturally has as much lactose removed as possible so as someone who isnt on the best of terms with lactose I can normally stomach isolate much better than concentrate. Still, the lactase in here reduces even that minuscule amount of lactose to nothing. Ive used several brands of whey protein powders and this one is one of the more foamy protein powders Ive used after shaking. You will have to give it a bit for the mountain of foam and bubbles it produces to subside and even then you may have to wait some more. It has a very neutral taste. It doesnt taste like many isolate shakes and has zero of that creamy, milky taste which is a pro or a con depending on if you like that. I happen to like it so I do miss it. Last major issue is the cost and servings. It says 47 servings but each serving is only ~17g of protein per serving. Most protein powders are 24-27g of serving even isolates. Compared to most major brands it realistically is ~30-31 servings per bag not 47. Compared to many similar other brands it is definitely on the pricey side. It does have sunflower lecithin and is NOT non-GMO certified nor organic. 3/5

> 3 dayI was really impressed by this protein! The texture is really smooth and powdery, and it mixes very well into liquids! I’ve used it for smoothies, cookies, and in my coffee, and I was impressed each time. It’s flavorless, and it’s scentless (thank goodness)! I also liked that it came in a bag because it stores easier in the cabinet. I appreciate that the serving size is only one scoop, so you don’t feel like you’re being tricked into buying more protein than you’re actually getting per serving, and the scoop isn’t ginormous like some other brands are. Definitely worth the buy!!

> 3 dayI use whey protein daily as a versatile way to boost my protein intake. Whether I make a breakfast smoothie with, use it for baking recipes, or just have a scoop with water after my workouts, I find it helpful to help me build and maintain muscle and optimize my health. This UP2U Recover Native Whey Protein Isolate Powder is a top notch product. Native Whey is great because it is it is a very pure, minimally-processed cold-filtered whey that actually has a higher amount of leucine than other whey supplements. This product also has the enzyme lactase added in so anyone with lactose intolerance issues should be able to tolerate it fine. Typically a 2 lb bag of whey doesnt have many servings in it, but because this is unflavored, you actually get 47 servings which is excellent. It tastes fine, but I often add in some cocoa powder and stevia to my blended smoothie to give it some flavor. Overall, this is a great supplement that I definitely recommend.

Greater than one weekI bought it because it happened to be on sale, and I’m super happy with it! I was worried that there’d still be a weird tartare despite it being “flavorless”, but I truly don’t taste it in my smoothies. It also doesn’t get a weird texture if you ofer blend it. I haven’t tried just dissolving it in water or milk, but it’s a very fine powder and 2 pulses mix it perfectly with my blender. The bag also comes very full and I look forward to using it in different recipes!
