Lots of protein powders claim to be keto but this one really delivers. 0 sugars, 0 carbs! I find this easy to mix with limitless options since its unflavored. Theres lots of yucky powders out there. This is a good one. I really like the amount of protein and the lack of sugars and carbs.

We use a lot of protein powder in my house--my husband, kids and I all use it. We have tried a lot of different kinds and I have to say this ranks in the top 5. The biggest reason I love this protein is that it is just so dang versatile--you can mix it in with smoothies, use it in baking, mix it with juice, etc. I love that it is unflavored. I have been mixing it with my greens juice that I drink every morning. The protein mixes well and you really cant tell that it is there at all. Also, the macros on this are AMAZING!! 70 cals for 17 grams of protein, no fat and no carbs and very minimal sodium--this is a dream. This a protein that I will definitely buy again--huge fan of this one!

I like this UP2U whey protein powder, it is unflavored so it is versatile, I use it for baking low carb deserts mostly. It has no carbs which is a major plus, it has 17 grams of protein per serving, and it mixes well. It has no fillers and the package contains 47 servings. It is a little pricey for whey protein powder but I believe it is a good quality product.
