I purchased this unit a few months ago for my brother. It works great. He tested it with voltage and current measuring devices when under load and found it to meet all vendor published specifications. After a few months, however, the swing-open AC prongs began to fail due to an internal connection problem. After contacting the vendor (very easy to do through Amazon), their response was amazingly swift. They contacted me by email within an hour or two requesting more info. Within less than a day of my providing the serial number (photo actually), they had a replacement unit in the mail for me. The new unit arrived the next day and works flawlessly. I purchased a second unit for sister-in-law based on this great experience. I highly recommend this product and the vendor.

This delivers enough power to charge an iPad on each slot. Works great.

So I received this on April 23rd, today is May 29th. It was plugged into an outlet, I began to unplug it, and once it was out I realized one of the metal bits didn’t come out along with. It’s worked great and I was originally very happy with it, but to only have it for a month and it be broken already is pretty upsetting. I bought to others with it that are currently still working so hopefully I just received a faulty one. Otherwise great product if doesn’t break!
