Did what I needed it to do, but it’s not the most comfortable to carry. It didn’t hold up well either. Plan to buy a new one after 3 plane rides.

I had realist expectations. They dont treat the car seat as a delicate item unless you are watching. The bag was dusty and had some slight rips on it as expected being stuffed under the plane. I have another trip coming up if it holds up Im good with the purchase.

One star - I purchased this in hopes it would make our trip through the airport with our newborn cheaper. The strap broke the minute we got to the airport and my husband had just put it on his back. I’m bummed I bought this so early before our trip and I can’t return it. I used it on the way to the Philippines and it is so durable that it is still intact and looks new. I can still use it on my next travel with my baby’s car seat. I am so satisfied with this purchase.

We flew from Philly to Florida with 2 adults and two small children, 4 suitcases and 4 backpacks. Considering that the car seats fly free and dont count against our luggage, I didnt expect the airline to be careful with the car seats. Bring brings up Awesomeness number 1. Awesomeness number 1: Durable. We could see mechanical grease and skid marks on the bags, but absolutely no damage to our car seats on either flight. Once we were home the bags cleaned up great and didnt show any damage themselves. Awesomeness number 2: The back pack straps on these bags. Lugging 4 suitcases, 4 backpacks (the kids were each responsible for a backpack), and two car seats through airports and parking garages with only 2 adults to move it all (plus tracking the 2 kids). Each adult had a car seat on our backs, a back pack on our fronts, and 2 large suitcases. While awkward and cumbersome, it would have been impossible without the car seat travel bags. Awesomeness number 3: Folding size. Once at our destination, these bags folded up nice and small for easy storage until we needed to fly again.

Love this bag! Huge con - one of the strap attachments broke on our very first trip. We ziptied it back into place, so it still kinda works, but big disappointment that it busted to begin with. Used it on 9 flights so far and its holding on. No big holes and its def held up better than the Mockinbird stroller bag that came with the stroller.

We took our car seat to the gate, unfolded this carrier and put the car seat in it, the carrier folds up easily and has an attached pouch where it fits and closes with a zipper when not in use. This carrier also has back straps like a backpack so it’s easy to carry. Great find for a great price!

Measured our convertible carseat, a Cosco brand, not the largest or tallest and I cannot give you the dimensions but it was smaller than the bag. I am still pleased even if our bag is bigger, because it can fit 2 of these Cosco brand carseats or one longer and one Cosco brand. Overall, quality is great, people complained of the drawstrings, they are totally fine just be wary of tangling. The velcro top flap is surprisingly strong and stays in place. The bag is very dense and can handle the load. The backpack straps are adjustable and make carrying the carseat as a backpack totally easy. Highly recommend this bag, and will be telling all my friends. Thanks!

Every once in a while you buy something and youre just astonished at how well it works, the simplicity, and value. This is one of those products. Note I purchased this on my own and have received nothing in exchange for this review. We were moving cross country and taking trips to house hunt, see the area, etc. We wanted out 3.5 year old to come with us and the last time I had to carry his car seat (Evenflo Tribute LX), despite being one of the lightest car seats on the market, was a giant pain in the ass. Decided to try the VolkGo and gate check his seat. This bag is (as far as the 4 times Ive had to use it) is very well made, its big enough to fit the Evenflo, it folds into itself into a nice small pouch, the shoulder straps are padded and comfortable, and it closes up nicely. You can see the other review photos that itll turn dad into a quasimodo hump on steroids. Just a note, you will sweat with this on your back. Its nylon or some other type of synthetic and you will get warm with this thing. Also, be aware that your back is huge, I mustve apologized to 20 different people after hitting them with the car seat. This is a great buy and does its job well.

I purchased two of these for my kids large carseats to travel from DFW to MCO. I like how they fold into a case so it makes it easy to store when not in use. The drawstring is not ideal when you are also stashing items that wont fit in your luggage like a package of diapers, swim life vests, ect. I would prefer a zipper to make sure the draw strings dont come undone and those items fall out but it worked. The biggest drawback is the durability, after this trip I can MAYBE get one more use out of them before they are useless, the bottoms are all torn up due to the wear and tear of likely getting dragged on the ground by airline crew, but I would too because carseats are heavy. Would not purchase again due to this, i would pay a little extra to get a thicker material.
