22-11-2024This is the second car seat travel bag I have bought and we travel 3-4x/year. This one is great. The material is very durable and has held up very well. The built in pocket is great and it is not too difficult to get the bag back in. Just be aware, this seems to be a very popular bag as I saw 4 of these on our last flight. Be sure to put your name on the bag in the designated name space and maybe add some personal touches.

Greater than one weekThis was a great buy ! It fit our car seats perfectly and we were even able to fit a few extra things in there to keep our checked bags less than 50lbs.

> 3 dayBag allows for easy transport through the airport for gate check. Back pack straps are adjustable. I’m 4’11” and could still carry it. Did not check the car seat but I did see the plastic wrap on other car seats was mostly off. If I put this under I would make sure all straps were short to avoid them getting caught on the conveyor belt.

> 3 dayIn my family, its a tradition to take family vacations at least once or twice a year. In the past years, weve always driven to our vacation destinations but recently (since we have 2 kids now), weve found ourselves flying to make it easier on the baby/toddler. But the problem here is that parents can only do so much when having luggage for every person + taking a stroller, carry-ons, and 2 car seats. You run out of hands! Even still if you rent a car, all rental car companies charge you around $20 a day for a car seat. Meaning we were spending $40+ a day just for 2 car seats. This is where a car seat travel bag comes in handy. Most of them are similar in which it just covers up your car seat to protect it from the elements. Where this one from Volkgo differs is that it has straps so you can carry the car seat like a backpack. This is a lifesaver because each parent can carry a car seat on their back, freeing up some hands for other things like luggage, strollers, or wrangling your kids. I did want to mention though, that the Volkgo Customer Support was excellent. Upon ordering mine, I found that there was an issue with the seam where the product was sewn together. I contacted them and they sent me another one with no questions asked. Truly a handy product!

> 3 dayWe flew from the Midwest to the West coast, and this worked fine for our Britax car seat. It is super durable and protected the car seat as expected. The bag itself also had no rips/snaps. I had to play with the straps a bit so that I could hold the car seat comfortably against my back, but it still was a little difficult to walk while carrying the bag on my back. I shifted the car seat multiple times, but couldnt figure out how to get it perfectly situated. The bag is roomy enough that I was able to throw in a pack of diapers and a 3-pack of wipes in the bag as well. Folding it up can be a little tricky and it takes some time, but I do like that I can fold it up into its own bag. The drawstings were a little tough to close, but I think its because it was super new. Maybe itll get easier with more use. Overall, Id recommend purchasing.

> 3 dayIt had holes after its first flight, but certainly protected our car seat. Not quite single use, but not durable for long. If you travel with a car seat often, I’d skip this one for something heavy duty

Greater than one weekStrap broke after one use, one of the metal clips. Possibly got caught somewhere on the airport belts, it is a little flimsy and oversized for our car seat. Great price though if you don’t need a ton of protection.

> 3 dayUpdate: The seller reached out on their own to resolve my issue, so I wanted to provide a bit more context about my original review: The carrier itself is well made and would have been great, if the strap didnt snap for our particular item. Car seats are heavy man Original review: I will never forgive these people....jk...it works but the strap broke immediately and I had to lug this crap through the airport twice.

> 3 dayIt was our first time traveling on a plane with kids. My only drawback is that they don’t have wheels! I wish I would’ve known they made them with wheels before purchasing these. My husband and I walked into the airport like a bunch of pack mules with these on our backs. It was pretty difficult to carry along with our other luggage and children. They are durable and fold up into the pouch for storage which was good. We also added extra stuff in the bag too like pillows & lifejackets.

> 3 dayI bought this for our trip to Florida. We have two car seats that we gate checked. One convertible car seat and one infant car seat the Chicco 360 with the base. They both fit with plenty of room. The bags worked for our first trip. I am not sure how long they will actually last since they seem to be on the thinner side but they were undamaged after this trip. It would be nice if they had larger shoulder pads on the bag since car seats are pretty heavy.
