Bought a refurbished/used version.

This is brilliant, play on the go or at home easy quick set up just plug in and go , love this works perfectly screen is big enough sound quality is great and gets very loud picture quality is great , case looks smart have no complaints fantastic product

Clearly I was sent a used unit. Case arrived beat to hell out of the box and I HIGHLY doubt this was just from shipping.

Two great things:

This thing didn’t even last a year, stupid expensive for the poor quality. The screen has a horizontal line of dead/grey pixels. It started just as one line of pixels that went half across. The line then extended itself all the way across and was at least a quarter inch thick. This was when I could even get the thing to turn on! Had problems from the get-go trying to get it to come out of its little standby mode in which the power light just flashes on and off. I was told it would be cheaper to buy a new one rather than paying to ship it to China and wait three months to get it back. Tried to have it locally repaired, no luck. If you buy this you better get it from WalMart or something and get an optional protection plan or something.

I had this less then a week and the lock piece side arm broke all thats in there is my Xbox no cords nothing else. I spent 300.00 for a piece of junk box. I like the quailty of the screen. So can I buy a replacement latch?

I was going on a business related trip and knew I would be staying in a room with only the bare essentials. I decided to buy this and bring it along to alleviate boredom for the month I would be away from home. This thing is great. The case on the outside is very durable and I feel as though my game system will be well protected. The screen looks very nice, and the tiny remote that comes with it is awesome. While using it with my Playstation 4 I found myself watching more netflix than gaming, but when I did play some Battlefield 1 it looked great. The screen was a bit smaller than I was used to on my 55 LED TV, but what you sacrifice in size you gain in portability.

I am doing a lot of traveling and this is a life saver
