I have record the product and it is great. The only thing keeping from 5 stars is that I didn’t receive the remote it was meant to be supplied with. Can’t find a way of contacting them about this either

Purchased this for my son. While not perfect, he only used twice and by day 2, there were vertical stripes down the front the screen and we were unable to view it. Amazon made it easy to return and repurchase. Hoping it was just a freak thing as it has some really great reviews.

I am very happy with my product I ask them to double the packaging just to be on safe side cause packages get damaged easily an I didnt wanted to take any chances an it my Christmas gift from my boo boo I hook it up an I am very impressed of the overall presentation I am enjoying very very much thank you I recommend this product

A little cheaper quality than I expected for the price. There is a tiny clasp in front (not the hooks on the sides), and it has to catch just right for it to close completely. The lights on each side of the screen are cool at first, but I can imagine them getting annoying after a while. A switch or button to toggle those lights on and off would be nice. The HDMI cord that came with mine was broken, so when I hooked up my PS4 to it, I thought the screen was broken because I could hear sound but the screen remained blue. Fortunately I had a spare HDMI and was able to get things working with that. It was a bit heavier than I expected, even without a console in it. I can see it becoming pretty difficult to haul over long periods of time, but I think thats what you get when you have a protective carrying case + 19 screen. Overall, Im pleased with it, just wish it was a little cheaper. Its super convenient, but I could buy a completely new console for the price.

Make sure to turn the tv on first, then the system. It likes that order best. This is awesome, especially as far as portability goes. TV resolution is very good. I have run this for 8-10 hours at a time and it does fine. I also use a drying mat for dishes (the microfiber one) to protect the tv from scratches. I put my discs in thin packs on top of the gaming system and the drying mat makes sure they dont scratch the tv when the system is being moved from location to location.

The product works as it should. It has one major design flaw...the latches break very easily. We bought this for our adult son for Christmas (1 month ago) and he says the cheap plastic latches have already broken. Spend the extra couple of bucks and put on the metal latches, for goodness sakes. Ridiculous. Other than that, excellent solution for gamers on-the-go. I gave it 4 stars.
