VASCHY Backpack for Men and Women, Vintage 15in Backpack Water-Resistant School Backpack

I really like this bag so far, Ive had it a couple days and its got tons of space and pockets without being bulky. Im 56 and sometimes backpacks make me look tiny but this one doesnt look big and bulky on me. Just an FYI though, the side pockets arent really great for water bottles if youre looking for that. Theyre a little too narrow for bottles (the bottle I have isnt that thick either). However theyre a great size for glasses cases.

A friend recently asked me for backpack recommendations, and I realized I was raving about this one. Ive had this old girl for 4 years now and shes still going strong. The laptop sleeve has kept my computers safe, the main compartment fits everything I need for the day (or even a weekend trip). What I really love about this bag though are the following two things: there are two water bottle compartments of decent size - my Hydroflask fits in one, and my umbrella sits in the other (there is even a handy nearby strap to carabiner clip them both to so they dont fall out). The other thing I really love, is the tiny pocket on the back panel (against where my back goes). I keep important things like a passport, keys, etc in there, so they cant get pickpocketed while Im wearing the bag. Overall, would definitely buy this bag again - its held up to day-to-day usage in NYC, has been through two moves, and is a great pack for hikes or weekend getaways.

Ive had this bag for a few months now, and it still looks brand new. No zipper issues, I can fit anything I need to and it fits. The quality is comparable to a jansport and Im still very happy with the bag. I use it everyday for work and its been to a major conference and survived so far!

I bought this for my travels and its perfect for that an so much more. Perfect for college students as I have passed it down to my sister who just graduated HS and LOVED IT! Its comfortable with back support. Lots of storage space and not to mention its super cute! I ordered the Yellow and plan to order a diff color just because =)

So I now own about 4 Vaschy backpacks, and have thankfully never had an issue with any of them. One of my backpacks zipper got caught in the secret pocket area, and caused a giant rip. So I panicked, and couldnt find the warranty card that came with the backpack. So I did some digging, went on their website, and emailed them about what had happened, with about two pictures about what had happened, and just like that, I received an email and my bag was replaced, sent and shipped out to me within the week! I seriously, cannot believe a brand new backpack, just like that, without hesitation or worry. Big shout out to Ann for being incredibly amazing and helpful!

This bag is very stylish and professional and I bring it to work everyday. It can fit 2-3 1-inch binders plus some additional items. This bag is also very durable.

Prior to first use, one of the inside mesh, zippered pockets tore off. The seams were not sewn properly. The return process may not be worth exchanging or refunding the product. The outer construction of the backpack is mediocre at best. It is not suitable for any weight bearing items such as books or binders. I needed the bag as an overnight backpack for a change of clothe and some toiletries. So, it’s suitable for my purposes. When it’s time to replace the bag, I will likely spend the money and get the Fjallraven Kanken backpack, which I regret not doing in the first place. I gave this bag one star for aesthetics and another star for the cheap price tag. You get what you pay for.

UPDATE: The company reached out to me after my review. They sent me a replacement bag at no extra cost. I am impressed with their service. The bag is also very cute and has a lot of great pockets! I would order from this company again and again!! The backpack is extremely cute but it began ripping after the first use. I didn’t even have it full or anything heavy in it. The tag says it has a one year warranty and to go through amazon to honor the warranty but I do not see where to do that at. Disappointed it has already ripped.

good backpack. Fits more than expected. Colors look nice. Quality of material is good. The straps are really comfortable. One of the better backpacks Ive had. Worth the money
