I bought it, havent used it as much as i thought i would. Dont leave it in a hot car, or not laying nicely folded up, it will take on a wonky shape.

I have a Dji Mini 3 pro and this landing pad comes in handy as I usually have to launch on surfaces that are not appropriate; there is usually mud, high grass, or the surface is just dirty.

After years of using typical round spring loaded types of landing pads for my drones this item is so convenient and frustration proof that it is now a pleasure to include in my kit when going out to fly. My previous landing pads were more frustrating than useful especially when packing up after flying. No matter how many times I repeated the prescribed steps something always seemed to unravel. As necessary as the landing pads were to protect my expensive gear the inconvenience of using them often led to leaving them behind. Another issue that frustrated me was the necessity of anchoring them down using tent peg-like stakes to avoid having them being carried away by the wind! They always seemed to strike the inevitable rock or boulder just under the surface.

Looks and feels pretty durable and it is heavy enough to make a decent LZ for my drone. Time will tell if it holds up.

I bought this landing pad for outdoor use to provide my drone with a flat, debris-free surface on which to land. Overall, no problem, except when its very hot outside. I used it at a rocky beach in Greece. Within 20 minutes the pad had warped under the heat coming from the sun and rocks underneath. I was able to flatten it a bit later on by keeping it in the sun on a flat surface, but it never recovered 100%. So, my score reflects the fact that the pad is intended mostly for the outdoors but cannot withstand conditions that are not that unfrequent in the outdoors. In cooler weather or the shade, I had no issues. I expected better durability for the price.
