Does not work in series with a ecoflow 220w bifacial panel. The dokio i have is 18v and the ecoflow is 21 volt. In series it should work for my 60 volt ecoflow delta 2. I tested both solar panels separately an they work. The dokio is a safe connection so I bought this to make it to mc4 to run it in series lo and behold does not work. Now it doesnt even work when I use the sae to mc4 connection on my dokio. I dont know where Im going to find a sae to mc4 that will work but ill keep trying and return this faulty product

Bought this to use for my portable solar panels. Wires are thick and connections are tight and water resistant. Easy to use just plug in and comes with adapters to reverse connections. Great purchase.

I like the concept of this adapter. The execution leaves a bit to be desired. The positive and negative should be a mirror of the solar panel connectors. These are the opposite. The red wire plugs into the negative output of the solar panel and the black wire plugs into the positive output of the solar panel. I wanted to like this product but this is a glaring mistake and I would not recommend this adapter. I have included photos to help clarify the problems. Photo one shows positive output of a solar and the positive input of this unit. They are the same. Photo two is the negative output of my solar panel. If you look closely you will see the - symbol. It only plugs into the positive of this adapter. Photo three shows the positive output of my solar panel plugged into the black wire. If you buy this be careful not to burn up your equipment. I would return it if it wasn’t such a waste of my time. I will trash it because that is what it is good for.

Should have looked at the picture better and learn to read better. Solar panel red is normally the male MC4. Just had to cut the connectors off and replace correctly and works fine. First pic is solar pannel wiring to show the solar panel isnt backwards. Second is the cable and since I had to cut the wire, the third pic is the non copper looking wire used. It is as described for the most part.

understand that this cable is to convert zamp sae connectors {the polarity on zamp plugs is reversed } it isnt wired wrong as some have suggested its designed to convert the reversed polarity to normal DONT BUY IF YOU DONT HAVE A ZAMP SOLAR PANEL it is well made and worked as it should
