Venus Laboratories Ecos (Petastic) Pet Stain & Odor Remover 32 oz

I ordered this because my understanding was that this is the formula that used to be the original Natures Miracle - which was extremely effective, but cant be purchased anymore. Its just okay - doesnt appear to be quite the same. Its a better scent than some, but doesnt quite get rid of the odor.

I will forever repurchase this product. Cruelty free, effective, and cheap. What more could you want? GOOD FOR ALL STAINS. Sometimes I fall asleep with my makeup or lipstick on. And I have a white comforter and white sheets. Just spray some of this on and the stains literally disappear before you even use a towel or napkin. Ive been using this since my dog was a puppy and it definitely kept him from going in the same spot again. It also doesnt really have a smell to it. I even use it to clean my apartments wood floors sometimes because I dont love using harsh chemicals and I know my dog walks around licking everything. It does a good job at cleaning pretty much anything other than surfaces (for which I use this brands surface cleaner - I also recommend that)

Earth Friendly Products acquired the rights to the Petastic formula a year or so ago, and apparently has altered the formula, which unfortunately has removed most of its urine deodorizing capabilities. In my experience it was superior to Natures Miracle, the original name for Petastic, until the owners had a falling out, whereupon one retained brand name, Natures Miracle, the other retained the formula, renaming the product Petastic. Over the years Petastic became increasingly hard to find, while Natures Miracle became increasingly more prevalent, eventually leading to the sale of the Petastic formula to Earth Friendly Products. I tried their product and it is clearly ineffective compared to Petastic. They have altered the formula, likely to make it green or earth friendly, But unfortunately, they have rendered the product ineffective in removing urine odors. Bottom line, avoid. Dont waste your money. Opt for Natures Miracle.

Many reviews say that this is better than Natures Miracle or the same original formula. It is NOT. It is watery with a strange odor, nothing like the original Natures Miracle. After using it, I got a headache.

I tried Natures Miracle to get rid of an urine odor left by my dog. I went through bottles of it without success. I read reviews and learned that THIS is the product to go to. Although a bit pricier, I thought it would be worth a shot. This product is great. It has completely eliminated the set-in odors in my carpet. No scrubbing, no mess. I sprayed the product on and left it overnight. The next morning, no smell! I tried multiple pet odor sprays, baking soda, carpet cleaning sprays, and a carpet cleaning machine. This is literally the only thing that made any sort of difference. Very pleased!

This did not take away the cat urine odor from my sofa. I think it improved it a little, but not nearly enough. It also added its own scent.

Like many others, I purchased a new bottle of Nature’s Miracle only to find myself gagging on a horrible chemical odor that wouldnt come out of the carpets. After doing some research I learned that another company had purchased the rights to the Nature’s Miracle name but was using a new formula. With the help of some great reviewers, I found myself on this page and gave the Venus Laboratories product a try. I’m happy to report that this is EXACTLY what I’ve been using for the last two decades. This is either the original Nature’s Miracle formula or something very close to it. It’s completely odorless and very effective. If you have a lot of pets you may find the 32 oz. bottle to be too small, but they do make a gallon size. If you’re a longtime user of Nature’s Miracle, this is now the product to buy!

I have a nervous cat that went through a litter box aversion. This stuff is by for the best for cleanup. Used on wood floors, carpet, and cushions
