Mr McKim has researched, written and narrated very moving, first hand, true stories that he shared in, in Vietnam. I have listened to his stories time and again... Excellent!

I want to thank fellow CCN recon man Keith McKim for taking the time and energy to produce this audio book on the Green Berets who fought in Americas eight-year secret war under the aegis of the Military Assistance Command Vietnam - Studies and Observations Group, or simply SOG.

Make sure to carve out some time for this. Once youve listened to the first five minutes, youll find it difficult not to listen all the way through in one sitting. I was born after Vietnam, but this album has given me greater insight and appreciation for what veterans experienced there. I feel like I can relate more to my father as a result.

A truly wonderful speaker. The true stories that were told, not only did I not know about them but anyone of that era, should listen or anyone who is interested in military history. Being a Vietnam era vet, who did not go over, but thought I understood all about the war and all we were involved in until I heard this. Mr McKIm, Green Beret SFC S.O.G, is a brilliant storyteller and the men that he speaks about are true American heroes, indeed. The depth of detail that Mr. McKim goes into brings the story alive in your mind. You almost feel as though you were there, as though you could, actually, smell it. Truly incredible. If you are ever at a low moment in your life, pop this CD in and you will realize how lucky you are to be alive and living in the United States of America.
