> 3 dayI happen to know the author, Keith. He was a green beret during the period of the Viet Nam War & writes from experience as well as from his heart. He writes in a way that is so engaging that it is hard to stop listening to a story mid-way, causing me to sit in the garage at times to finish one. He is also the voice telling the stories & has that aspect of the CD down.

> 3 dayI had the honor recently to spend some time with the author and learned much from him. His quiet personality, honor and integrity add great credence to the riveting stories he narrates on this excellent CD. This is the kind of work that should be put into written form, or perhaps a series on The History Channel™ or the American Heroes Channel™, so that our children and their children can learn about these valiant American Heroes who served with the Special Operations Group in Vietnam.

> 3 dayThese are such important stories from our history, it should be required history in high school or college. This audio book is beautifully written and read by the author. He brings these stories to life and the listener can’t help but be caught up. This is a very engaging set of stories very well read. Highly recommend.

Greater than one weekMr McKIm, Green Beret SFC S.O.G, is a brilliant storyteller and the men that he speaks about are true American heroes, indeed. The depth of detail that Mr. McKim goes into brings the story alive in your mind. You almost feel as though you were there, as though you could, actually, smell it. Truly incredible. If you are ever at a low moment in your life, pop this CD in and you will realize how lucky you are to be alive and living in the United States of America. I can only hope that men like the ones in the stories still exist in these disturbing modern times...... David Treadwell

Greater than one weekKeith, skillfully navigates us into the heart, soul and character of the men of MACV/SOG. It is the professionalism, and courage that brought tactical expertise to full bearing in the audacious accounts of battle. Keith, provides insight that can only come from those who taste and smell the fury of close quarter combat. Ive also had the pleasure of meeting Keith, he is the epitome of the Quiet Professional, a hero in deed who gives great tribute to those who served with conspicuous gallantry in the face of overwhelming odds. This account should be a mandatory course of study in both Officer and NCO Academies.

> 3 dayThis CD is incredible! Keith McKim is a gifted storyteller. These real stories of real-life heroes are a wonderful account of the special ops missions and the bravery of our Special Forces soldiers during the Vietnam era. Keith Mckim has a special connection to these stories because he is a decorated Green Beret who was actually there in Vietnam and ran special ops missions as a team leader. I highly recommend this CD. It will keep you at the edge of your seat and riveted to every word. Buy it today!

> 3 dayThe first time I listened to Keith McKim’s inspirational work I was in my vehicle. When I reached my destination I sat in the parking lot, mesmerized by the story, unwilling to quit listening. Such is the nature of this tribute to the SOG Medal of Honor recipients. Once you start listening, you’re hooked. An award citation gives a glimpse of the action that merited the award, but Keith takes us much deeper and tells us about the men themselves. Combine this with incredibly vivid battle sequences, and these stories of courage, honor, loyalty, and patriotism will leave you too sitting in a parking lot listening.
