Perfect size - Plugged it all in and rock and roll! Note: 1. Directions that are included are HORRIBLE! Minimal English that directs you to a website for download but when I got to the website, it was NOT interactive. I didnt really know what to do but once I turned the monitor power on, the screen came to like with my laptop homepage right there! 2. Make sure you plug in the power cord ALLLLLLL the way in until you can push no more! 3. Screen quality very good! 4. The base clicks in easy and is very sturdy. 5. Overall a great value.

I paid for a NEW, UNOPENED BOX, PRODUCT. I received a box that had obviously already been opened - and once the product was pulled from the box, was missing some important items ..... The description reads: INCLUDED IN THE BOX: LCD Monitor, Power Cable, VGA Cable, and Audio Cable .... hmmmm, OK. Lets just say I had to re-use the connections from my previous smaller ViewSonic monitor I replaced with this new (?) one. Based on the biggest factor that I need this monitor to work from home, I dont have time to screw around with back and forth nonsense and send back the entire box I received with missing parts to be pulled into further nonsense. SUMMED UP - CAVEAT EMPTOR.

Ive bought two items to have dual monitoring half a year ago and Im satisfied. Now I bought another pair for my friend, and they work perfectly. Power cords are short however, so be prepared to buy a longer one (ones) if the outlet socket is more than 2 feet away.

I previously had their 23 monitor that last 9.5 years so I bought the 27 this time. The buttons on here are downright HORRIBLE. Set them once and PARy that you never have to touch them again. You literally have to lay the TV down on its back to be able to see the buttons and labels. Right now Im trying to find the volume buttons and the only thing I can find is the blue light filter setting. Also, the labels on the buttons in relation the directions on the screen are reversed with the actual positions of the buttons. And the power light doesnt come out of the ON/OFF button, eitehr, like in previous versions. You have fish under the monitor by feel to turn the monitor off and on. Speakers? Im not sure they work consistently, and when they do they sound terrible. Much worse than the 23 models from 10 years ago. I can only get sound over HDMI because Windows 10 doesnt support my usual audio out. But half the time I have no sound. Now I have to mess the buttons again to see if somehow turned off the volume in the monitor itself. I have to clear off my desk so I can lay the monitor down and find the volume controls first....Wish me luck - Im going in! Like me, youll wish you bought something else.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Its the perfect size and it does exactly what I need it to do.

picture is crisp, setup was very easy. speaker sound is bad, very tinny, One would have thought that a name brand like viewsonic would have spent the extra nickel to do a little better on the speakers.

Its as I expected when I purchased it. As the comments were mentionning, the built in speakers give you a very pour quality sound. Windows 10 does not turn off the screen when it goes to power saving/screen saver mode if you are pluged in with HDMI. It just keeps it on with a black screen. Linux does turn it off.

Good screen for working at home. The built in speaker is adequate for my needs though not great

I bought two for a side by side display. Works great right out of the box. Nice color quality. Intuitive buttons for display settings. I use for work so letter crispness in email and web documents was important...no issues here with these monitors. Blue light filtering works well. I can tell the difference - less fatigue to my eyes and no more headaches after work. Only thing that is a little weird is the post that goes into the stand does not seem to come off. So when I have them hung on swinging arms, there are stumps hanging underneath. Maybe these come off, but I could not figure it out. The stands are also super cheap, but since I had no intention of actually using them, this was not an issue for me. 2 weeks of usage so far and I would definitely buy again - would recommend to a friend.
