This sponge scratched my cars paint. Perhaps with light color you wouldnt notice it, but on a darker one youd notice scratches all over the surface. Same with plastic parts.

This sponge scratched up the paints top coat and left horrible swirl marks. Looks terrible and Ill need to find a way to buff it all out. I do not recommend if you care about your cars paint

I use this along with Turtle Wax Ice Shine Detailer to remove bugs from the front of my RV and my car and it works much better than just a microfiber cloth. I keep a spare in case the sponge mesh starts coming off but so far it keeps on working.

I take road trips a lot and I really needed something to help me remove the bugs afterwards and it was great! Let me scrub a little more than other car sponges but still not scratching the paint or plastic parts in the front of my car
