Very nice caster wheels. Using them for a multiple kayak rack, so weight is not a great issue. But, they are very good quality, wont damage a tile floor, and are very maneuverable.

Used these on a flip-top tool cart to make 200+ lbs of woodworking tools mobile in my workshop. The rolling-action is smooth-as-silk on a concrete floor, and the locking function is indespensible. Will buy again for other cart projects.

These 4 inch Swivel Casters w/brakes are better quality than at my local hardware store and for half the cost. These are heavy duty, locking, swivel wheels. They are tall enough that they can easily transition from carpet to concrete. The brackets come predrilled for the included bolts but I ended up using screws for my project. The install was super easy and straightforward. When I lock down the brake, it keeps the wheel from rolling and the swivel from going side to side. I installed these wheels on my homemade dust cart. These casters are fantastic, I highly recommend!

I was building a toy car for my grandson, and I needed swivel wheels to mount on the wooden board. These swivel wheels really helped me to finish the job and my grandson really enjoys it.
